Our last update was at the end of January, and since that time we've been working through shipping 23,000 units between Jan-March, transitioning new team members, and working through software updates. I sincerely apologize for the delay, and I appreciate everyone's patience over the past few months. I'll highlight a few important updates here:
The majority of our investments have closed, except a small remaining disbursement that will commence next week. Otherwise, if you haven't received your subscription agreement yet, there may be a chance that you'll be in the last investor group next week, but ultimately there are a number of committed investors which we cannot accept based on federal security limits for equity investments. If you have questions regarding this, it's best to contact email@example.com directly.
Secondly, we announced a partnership with Hilton to begin testing the Pilot earpiece within their hotels, and have had several meetings with their innovation team over the past few months. We anticipate that a test environment will be setup later this summer, and we're both excited to explore the opportunities. We hoped to engage earlier in the year for testing, but unfortunately we don't have the bandwidth of resources to dedicate a team to these kinds of projects as much as we'd like to. Nonetheless, we'll keep you updated on our progress.
Lastly, after several months of legal audits and setup, we are prepared to move all of our investors to our compliance and ownership management system with www.carta.com. Through there you'll be able to access your electronic shares, subscription agreements, view quarterly reports, company financials, and other relevant data (based on disclosure requirements). It took much longer than expected, but we're excited to finally be ready to provide access to all investors over the next few days, along with a Q1 2018 quarterly report and April report.
