T4L saves customers the countless hours spent waiting at a dealership, standing in DMV lines, dealing with insurance companies, shopping for financial options and tracking various payment due dates.

The all-inclusive T4L membership provides insurance, taxes and registration, vehicle swap, charging (T4L charge card and home charging), roadside service support, concierge priority service, and maintenance, which covers tires, brakes, batteries, wiper blades, vehicle refresh and software updates





We buy electric vehicles, organize all the items around them, and deliver them to clients, totalling all of our costs and reserves and adding a 30%-40% margin. Our current focus is revenue growth, CAPEX financing and possible IPO in late 2021-2022.

The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

This is incredible.  Yes, T4L is focused on creating a profitable business, and at the same time making a positive impact on the environment by focusing solely on electric vehicles.

We have much to accomplish, but the next 5-8 years will be critical for T4L to reach it's goal of 50,000 electric vehicles in its fleet.

A Glimpse Into T4L Sales Process

"Why isn't your sales and website automated like other sites?"

We have received this question many times.  

Here is Luis Camarena, Chief Revenue Officer of T4L, to help explain our reasoning behind the sales process.

Hey T4L investors, potential investors and subscribers.  I want to personally let you in on my reasons for not having the entire sales process automated right out of the gate.

As a new company emerging in the auto industry, we understood we were taking on 2 major changes happening.

1. Conversion to Electric Vehicles

2. Changing from car ownership to car usership

Each of these challenges are still in the "education/awareness" stages.  Using an "S Curve Model" - EV adoption and Subscription model are very close to this section in the green box:


So what does this mean?

Well, it means that we have a lot of education and awareness type of marketing to do.  To educate people on transitioning to Electric Vehicles and how the subscription model differs from leasing and financing vehicles.

Obtaining a vehicle for transportation is a major decision for many people.  A decision that takes time to research and determine what is the best option that fits their lifestyle.  Adding in a new option such as a subscription has added a bit more complexity to their options.

I've personally have spoken with people from other auto subscription companies that stated that even though they had much of their website and sales automated, they still receive many phone calls, emails, online chat with questions about how the subscription model works and questions about the EVs.

So what is our sales process?

One of the first things we do is have a discovery call with our potential T4L Subscriber.  We review what the T4L Subscription is all about, discuss any questions they have, go over their current transportation scenario and what they are looking to accomplish as well as the timeframe.  This is critical in the overall understanding of how we can best guide them in the direction that makes sense for their situation.

After the discovery call, we send them a quote or quotes based on the EVs and subscription options they are interested in.  

From there, we continue our communication via phone and/or email until they have decided if they want to continue with the T4L Subscription, hold off for a bit or are not interested.

I anticipate we will continue this sales path for the next 3-5 years as the market adoption of EVs and Subscription model increases.

In the meantime, this provides T4L with time to work through the sales processes and systems to create a simple and hassle-free experience.

I've developed several business systems, workflows and apps for many organizations.  From personal experience, I know this is an ever-changing process, but it is always best to get started and improve along the way.  There are new challenges, scenarios and situations that occur, which will guide us in improving our processes.

T4L Subscription Includes Charging

Charging is included in your T4L Subscription.


"What is included in the charging?"


This is a question we often receive.  


In this update, I will list everything included in the charging.


T4L provides a T4L Charge Card that can be used at any third party charging station, such as Charge Point, to charge your EV up to your annual mileage package you've selected.  For example, if you have chosen the 10,000 annual mileage package, you can use your T4L Charge Card to pay for charging your EV at third party charging stations up to 10,000 miles a year.


The next cool feature of the charging package included in your T4L Subscription is the home charging equipment, installation and setup.  T4L allocates up to $1,200 for this.  However, there are times when the amount goes above the $1,200 in which case we take it on a case by case basis to determine how to proceed with the amount above $1,200.


I will provide 4 possible scenarios to help explain the home charging installation feature.


Scenario 1 - T4L Subscriber is a homeowner or renter of a single resident house (not a condo or apartment or other community with shared parking spaces).  T4L has a local electrician inspect the garage for the charging equipment and determines that it is a straight forward installation with no custom work needed.  


Based on scenario 1, T4L purchases the Charging Station and pays for the installation and setup.  The total amount is under $1,200.


Scenario 2 - is similar to scenario 1 except the electrician determines the installation will require some changes to the panels or other custom work that is outside of the standard scope.  T4L will work with the electrician to determine final costs and if all is well, T4L will pay the full amount required even if it is above the $1,200.  These are taken on a case by case basis.


Scenario 3 - homeowner/renter requests a custom installation and setup that is above and beyond the standard scope of installation.  T4L will work with the selected electrician to determine installation plan and final costs.  Homeowner/renter will be presented with the final costs and if the amount is above the $1,200, the homewoner/renter will be responsible for paying the difference in the cost because they are requesting a custom installation and/or setup.


Scenario 4 - T4L Subscriber lives in a community with shared parking spaces or garages.  T4L will work with the community property management team to determine the best approach to having a charging station installed.  These usually take much longer to get approved, however T4L is working on methods to have more communities provide charging stations.


Note: The cost of the electricity for charging done at home is paid by the subscriber and not by T4L.


Disclaimers:

1. T4L may change the amounts allocated to home charging station purchase and installation.

2. T4L is working on new programs for housing communities and may change the current approach for communities.
