To Migrate Your SeedInvest Investments to StartEngine
We have migrated all active SeedInvest investments into the StartEngine system. The first step in accessing your SeedInvest investments is to create a StartEngine account with the same email address that you used for creating your SeedInvest account. If you want to confirm which email address you used to create your account, or have other concerns, please contact us.
Click on “Sign Up” in the top right corner of the page.
When creating an account, make sure to use the same e-mail address as your SeedInvest account. Once finished, click “Sign Up” at the bottom.
Check your email for a verification link from StartEngine, and click the link to verify your email address. (Note: If you no longer have access to this email address, please contact our team for assistance verifying your email.)

Can I still access my SeedInvest account?
Former SeedInvest investors can create a StartEngine account using the same email address used for SeedInvest. If you no longer have access to that email address or need help confirming it, contact the StartEngine team for assistance.
How do I invest in startups now that SeedInvest is part of StartEngine?
You can browse current investment opportunities on StartEngine, review each offering page and its required disclosures, and invest through your StartEngine account when an offering is open and you are eligible to participate.
Is SeedInvest still accepting new investments?
SeedInvest is no longer operating as a standalone platform accepting new investments. Current startup investment opportunities are available through StartEngine.
