While sugarcane rums are quite common, many people still have not heard of sugarcane vodka. That’s where ROCK’N comes in.

ROCK'N makes vodka fun again!


ROCK’N Vodka is changing the current narrative with a fun and unique vodka unlike any other. Our vodka is made from 100%, non-GMO, and gluten-free sugarcane, making it one of the few sugarcane vodkas in the world. Its smooth, distinctive, and delicious taste makes it great to sip on the rocks, add to a drink, or use when cooking. It is distilled 4 times, with no sugar added after distillation, and is both gluten-free and vegan-friendly. Even people who dislike vodka have reported that they were pleasantly surprised by our product, and would choose to drink it!



Currently, we sell our vodka and ROCK’N Vodka merch in a variety of ways.  Our vodka is sold exclusively to distributors who then sell to retailers. Our ROCK’N Vodka merchandise is sold directly to consumers through our online shop (which includes a crypto payment option!). We are not only being featured in iconic venues like Hard Rock Casino in Rockford, Illinois and Hollywood, Florida, but we are also working with some of the nation’s top beverage distributors to sell through major retailers like Walmart in certain areas. Additionally, customers can order our vodka through ReserveBar and Great American Craft Spirits for shipping nation-wide to states with legal alcohol shipping, like Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington D.C., Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Washington.

We are currently in a unique position for growth, as many restaurants, bars, and retailers are removing all Russian vodkas, due to current world events. Many have reached out to us as a preferred choice of American vodka.



Sugarcane vodkas are a special niche that fits nicely with both vodka drinkers and partisans of any alcoholic beverage. Our target audience includes legal-aged alcohol consumers across all markets, while our current markets include Washington, California, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, Florida, British Columbia, and Alberta. 


We are currently getting registered in Indiana and Iowa to be able to service Hard Rock casinos and other accounts, including the Field of Dreams and its new $80 million expansion, including an outdoor concert amphitheater and fields for future Major League Baseball games, such as the Cubs vs Reds in August 2022. The site was popularized by the 1989 movie of the same name, which starred Kevin Costner.



Being one of only a few sugarcane vodkas in the world, our unique flavor sets us apart from the crowd. We also have a strong edge on the competition, as a celebrity-owned brand gaining increasing global recognition, thanks to our promotions by co-owner, Rick Nielsen, and other celebrities that have helped with the success of ROCK'N. 


OUR Traction


Within our first two years, our award-winning vodka has received celebrity endorsements, numerous notable features, and is partnered with some of the largest distributors and retailers


We have a non-compete clause in Illinois with Breakthru Beverage, one of the largest distributors in the country, and we are currently experiencing a 37% reorder rate with the distributor. We are the featured vodka in the new Hard Rock Rockford Casino and will be featured by the Hollywood, Florida Casino in early Summer 2022. 


We have an additional ongoing partnership with Hard Rock around the nation, co-sponsoring multiple events and partaking in several marketing campaigns together, including co-hosting a watch party for Corey Anderson's Bellator Light Heavyweight championship fight, co-hosting the Cosmopolitan charity golf outing, and the Walter Payton Memorial Golf Tournament. 


We are partnering with Hard Rock International casinos throughout the nation. Hard Rock in Gary, Indiana and Hard Rock in Sioux City, Iowa have committed to bringing on the product. We are in discussion with Hard Rock in Tampa, Sacramento, Atlantic City, and Cincinnati. Hard Rock Seminole in Hollywood, Florida just purchased a 3,000 bottle order to feature ROCK'N. Hard Rock Rockford in Illinois is already featuring ROCK'N and purchases a 60 case pallet at a time. Rockford Speedway, a NASCAR affiliate, has a three-year co-partnership agreement with Hard Rock Rockford Casino and ROCK'N Vodka, which includes being the exclusive vodka.


We also have key product placements in entertainment venues such as the Bomb Factory in Dallas, the Apollo Theater in Belvidere, the BMO center in Rockford, the Castle Theatre and the Stable in Bloomington, and the Genesee Theatre in Waukegan.


We are authorized with Walmart and have been approved for all 161 locations in Illinois, and have expanded our distribution markets to include other major retailers:

ROCK’N Vodka was the Double Gold Winner at the New York International Spirits Competition in 2021 and won Silver at the World Spirits Competition in San Francisco in the same year. We are now officially trademarked and have received numerous endorsements and appearances from celebrities like Sammy Hagar, Shannon MacDonald (world’s number one Beatle’s artist), Corey Anderson (MMA Fighter), Kellindo (multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and lead guitarist for Janelle Monae), Eddie Trunk (TV/Radio Host), NASCAR, and of course, Rick Nielsen. The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

Bella Rio Consulting, Inc. dba ROCK'N Vodka will offer 10% additional bonus shares for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.

This means eligible StartEngine shareholders will receive a 10% bonus for any shares they purchase in this offering. For example, if you buy 100 shares of Common Stock at $3.00 per share, you will receive 110 Special Series B, meaning you'll own 110 shares for $300. Fractional shares will not be distributed and share bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole share.

This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investor eligibility period. Investors eligible for this bonus will also have priority if they are on a waitlist to invest and the company surpasses its maximum funding goal. They will have the first opportunity to invest should room in the offering become available if prior investments are canceled or fail.

Investors will receive the highest single bonus they are eligible for among the bonuses based on the amount invested and time of offering elapsed (if any). Eligible investors will also receive the Owner’s Bonus in addition to the aforementioned bonus.

The bus will sit in front of these locations as we sell merchandise and sample out our award-winning, 100% sugarcane, non-GMO, and gluten-free vodka both at the bus and in the store. We will be hosting over 20 promotions a month with the occasional bottle signing and photo-opportunity with brand owner Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick!

The ROCK BUS will begin its journey around the nation from California, through Illinois, and then to Florida, where its official starting point will be. The bus could potentially generate up to 70,000 impressions per day as it drives through each state and as it stops at each location.

We are shipping out over 2,300 bottles of ROCK'N Vodka to 2 new states and for e-commerce. ROCK'N Vodka will be available to Iowa stores by the end of the week. Oklahoma will be launching with product on August 1. We are partnering with a new e-commerce company based in California that will sell and ship ROCK'N Vodka through our website, where traffic has increased by 287% this month, to consumers across 42 total states.

When the product goes live in Iowa, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sioux City will be bringing in 720 bottles to launch with a feature in every bar.

Our team will be going to Oklahoma on the week of August 22 to meet with our new distributor, Artisan Fine Wine and Spirits, and help sell the product in-person to retail stores, venues, bars, and restaurants.

We are seeing a massive increase in or analytics on our website and social media. The ROCK'N Vodka website traffic has already increased by 210% so far in July compared to the total traffic in June. E-Commerce merchandise revenue has increased by 359% month to month. Our social media presence is also significantly increasing as within the last 28 days, our Facebook page likes are up 375%, social media post engagements are up by 74%, and people reached is up by 63%.
