According to a recent LinkedIn Learning Report, global L&D leaders reported resilience as the #1 most important workplace skill in all of the countries surveyed. Resilience is a human resource strength in organizations that can and should be developed. Collective resilience is the team’s ability to overcome adversity, and then adapt and grow together because of that adversity. There is a public demand for relevant certifications in the workforce marketplace (source). Certifications are earned by people to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Earning a professional certification can promote economic mobility (source).



With turbulent economic conditions currently affecting so many, companies are recognizing the importance of upskilling. We have experienced this firsthand, having achieved more than $3M in revenue since January 2020.

A Certification Solution for Building Resilient Teams™

The Resilience-Building Leader Program is the certification body for the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ (RBLP™) series of leadership certifications. Our vision is to create a worldwide community of practice committed to the idea of Building Resilient Teams™.


Our three-tiered leadership certification program provides organizations of any size, in any industry, with a holistic and scalable solution for certifying that front-line supervisors, middle managers, and senior leaders demonstrate competency in the leader tasks applicable to Building Resilient Teams™. 


Typically, most certifications are earned by passing a computerized written exam. We disrupted the certification space by developing oral certification exams because they test leadership knowledge more effectively than written exams. Applicants are required to show competence of factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural (how) knowledge in each of the competency domains applicable to their level of certification. Our standardized exams are conducted online via video conference. 


All exam administrators hold doctoral degrees and have over 20 years of leadership experience. Currently RBLP exams are available in both English and Spanish, with French, Portuguese, and Hebrew exams in development.

RBLP exams are primarily funded by corporate education benefits which typically renew annually. Since many employees will look to obtain more than one certification over the course of their career, we position our unique leadership certifications as being complementary to all other management and functional certifications.



Preparation for our certification exams is provided by our network of Authorized Training Partner (ATP) colleges, universities, leadership coaches, training companies, and career schools. This instructor-led exam prep training mimics the oral exam process, using experiential learning techniques and coaching skills to facilitate reflection and critical thinking about each applicable leader task.

In November of 2021, we started partnering with colleges and universities to provide exam prep training for our certification exams. The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

RBLP will offer 10% additional bonus shares for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.

This means eligible StartEngine shareholders will receive a 10% bonus for any shares they purchase in this offering. For example, if you buy 100 shares of Non-Voting Common Stock at $2.08 / share, you will receive 110 shares Non-Voting Common Stock, meaning you'll own 110 shares for $208. Fractional shares will not be distributed and share bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole share.

This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investors' eligibility period. Investors eligible for this bonus will also have priority if they are on a waitlist to invest and the company surpasses its maximum funding goal. They will have the first opportunity to invest should room in the offering become available if prior investments are canceled or fail.

Investors will receive the highest single bonus they are eligible for among the bonuses based on the amount invested and time of offering elapsed (if any). Eligible investors will also receive the Owner’s Bonus and the Certificate Holder Perk in addition to the aforementioned bonus.

Here at Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP), we hire for character and aptitude. Although current skillsets are certainly a consideration, we are far more interested in a person’s potential to adapt and grow with the company.

Why am I telling you this?

Now that we have started raising our first round of venture capital via the StartEngine platform, it’s my job to put those funds to work. And one way to get that new capital working is to hire some new staff for key roles.

So here we go! Meet Belinda Aramide, our new Director of Public Relations.

We had the pleasure of working with Belinda on a few projects in the early days of RBLP back in 2019. She has always shared our vision of creating a worldwide community of practice committed to the idea of Building Resilient Teams.

She has a corporate background in executive sales with experience in adult education and digital marketing. In 2018 she started her own sales and personal branding consulting firm, working with companies and executives on personal branding and executive presence.

Somehow, I convinced her to join us full-time now to help us shout our message of Building Resilient Teams from the rooftops. Please join me in welcoming Belinda to our team here at RBLP.
