Overview
WiGL aims to help people ditch cords and wires. Imagine one day getting electrical power the same way we wirelessly get onto internet networks today. WiGL is developing technology that would enable you to log onto an over-the-air wireless electrical power WiGL network and power or recharge your devices while you use them on the move.
*The product described is a prototype not yet available to the general market.
With our technologies, we aim to power your devices on the move or recharge your battery while you use the device—and that’s just scratching the surface.
*The products are currently in the prototype phase and are not available on the market. Final results may differ.
*The products shown are prototypes not yet available to the general market.
Our patented technologies may provide greater security, cleaner and less wasteful energy. WiGL is seeking to be incredibly efficient by using the same spectrum of radio signal networks that deliver WiFi, radar and safe laser. Our versatile capabilities were successfully demonstrated at VA Tech Research Center's Tech Talk in 2020.
In partnership with Florida International University, WiGL demonstrated our Department of Defense’s helmet application, as well as demonstrated WiGL wirelessly recharging a common cell phone. We envision WiGL being a household name in a $25 billion charging solution market.
*The product described is a prototype not yet available to the general market.
The Problem
IoT devices operate 24/7, mainly operated by batteries. However, even the latest battery technology has limited autonomy, long charge-times, high costs, harsh environmental impact, and risks of accidents. All of these issues can restrain the power and potential to fully implement IoT into our lives. Today’s definition of wireless must also include wireless electrical power networks to overcome battery limitations or 24/7 mobile power needs.
*Number of users calculated internally based smartphone penetration rate provided by Statista.
*The products shown are prototypes not yet available to the general market.
The Solution
Portable electronic devices are at the heart of the IoT revolution.
At WiGL, with your help, we’re aiming to shift the paradigm where IoT devices are no longer dependent on batteries and their drawbacks. This way, our customers can realize the full potential of IoT, with invaluable benefits for people, companies, and governments - our target user base. WiGL aims to become an essential mobile service.
*The product described is a prototype not yet available to the general market.
The Market
The wireless and wired charging solutions market is estimated to grow to $25 billion in 2022. The massive adoption of IoT, with 31 billion devices already connected and 75 billion estimated by 2027 drives this remarkable growth.
With an already growing outlook, WiGL plans to significantly expand the wireless transmission market even beyond current predictions. Our goal is to completely replace the traditional wired segment, yielding a total available market of over $49 billion.
Our Traction
In 2020, WiGL was awarded a contract to demonstrate WiGL in a fighter helmet supporting a Department of Defense contractor’s demonstration. As a spin off from that effort, WiGL then proved that we can recharge a cellphone during VA Tech Research Park’s Tech Talk. Soon after, WiGL was selected and funded under an AFWERX Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I contract to determine specific applications of WiGL for the US Air Force. WiGL is currently awaiting funding the AFWERX SBIR Phase II for further military applications of wireless power networks. WiGL is also awaiting additional funding from the National Science Foundation for a separate SBIR proposal supporting larger federal government applications of WiGL.

What We Do
Imagine spending hours on the phone and by the end of the day, your smart devices are still charged without you ever having to think about it. Imagine a workplace where your team must stay connected throughout the workday, and by the end of the day, not one team member has a dead battery on their devices; phones, laptops, tablets, IPads, key fobs, earbuds, headphones. All still charged.
WiGL works just like traditional WiFi. However, instead of transmitting and receiving WiFi data, a WiGL enabled transmitter (Tx) network uses the same raw radio frequency (RF) as noise but harvests the RF noise as raw power.
WiGL enabled Tx devices build an adhoc networks that transmits the RF to WiGL enabled receivers (Rx) on the network, which are connected to or within a smart device. Like cellphones, WiGL Tx networks are smartly connected allowing for near endless distance. To support smarter, greener power, in the future, we plan to also produce WiGL eNERGY Units that function as a self-generating power router for eNERGY transmission that enables remote location mesh networks. Going off the grid...take your WiGL network with you.
*These computer generated images of WiGL networks are for illustration purposes only. All revenue channels are planned; actual results may differ and are not guaranteed.
The Business Model
We plan to generate revenue through the several pillars:
Software subscription fees range from $6.99 to $29.99 per month. For the B2B network channels and traditional subscriptions, WiGL will earn from service providers 10-20% of transaction fees of the software subscription.
Hardware licenses, charging ≥$0.20 for each device containing a WiGL transmitter and ≥$0.10 for each embedded or external WiGL receiver. The low pricing strategy helps us to get to market quickly and expand our core revenue drivers.
Direct equipment sales that commercialize our products with WiGL technology under “WiGL eNERGY”. Devices will range from $10 to $250.
Trademark licensing integrates WiGL into all wirelessly chargeable products with non-exclusive models. Like our software and hardware approach, the goal is to offer WiGL’s trademark at a very low introductory price to aid in our long-term strategy of name dominance for wireless power naming rights.
*All revenue channels are planned; actual results may differ and are not guaranteed.
While WiGL is still currently in early developmental stages, we have partnered with Guinn Partners to build three exciting new developmental prototypes in support of upcoming Demos for the Air Force:
1. A small WiGL enabled transmitter that plugs into a home or business electrical outlet to create the adhoc network
2. WiGL enabled phone case receivers that recharge your battery on the move
3. WiGL enabled receivers for autonomous robots and drones
WiGL has also partnered with Cubic Mission Performance Solutions to build commercial off the shelf (COTS) networks using Tx and Rx from companies like Energous and others.
WiGL has been selected to advance the technology from government use to commercial applications. Then we will need to methodically gain licenses, create end-user products, and/or form strong partnerships with market leaders, through strategic and successful demonstrations of WiGL on manufacturers’ existing products and increase our sales representatives. This may include acquisition of existing companies to rapidly gain market share
Once we reach the commercial launch, in addition to having B2B WiGL enabled products and new business acquisitions, we plan to build out our own well-supported and trained representatives to supplement and support partner sales resources in order to gain traction.
How We Are Different
WiGL’s primary advantages are its patented wireless charging range, directed energy methods and mesh networking capabilities. Though Energous and Huawei are WiGL’s closest competitors, their single transmitter technologies do not have the long distance range capabilities as does WiGL’s network of multiple-transmitters…with our vision of building near infinite mobility.
Why not? Because WiGL’s patented networking method locks our competitors out of being able to connect their Tx’s to gain unlimited distances.
Our other patented advantage over existing competitors is our approach to directed energy on those mesh networks, which we designed for military applications. Rather than sending the energy in all directions (omni-directional), WiGL’s approach is focused and directional energy. Meaning, directing and steering focused energy from one Tx or many Tx’s on the network to the IoT device needing power. This patented approach is new, unique and novel.
Lastly, and most important to gain market dominance…WiGL has a cool name.
By 2030, we hope the world will have a single name for forms of wireless power–WiGL is on a laser-focused, military-like mission to be that name!
*Information in this graphic based on the opinion of the company and internal company research only.
We are positioned to ward off the competition with our existing utility patents which effectively blocks out those that seek to leverage electromagnetic transmission technology for uncoupled energy transfer networks. WiGL has a technology development lead time of engineering and prototyping for Department of Defense applications. And as part of our software development, we are seeking to capture the space in and around electrical energy transactions.
By building the umbrella over all types of wireless power, and acquiring existing businesses, WiGL Inc seeks to be the first to claim name and market dominance for all things wireless power related. Making WiGL synonymous with “all” wireless power. Think of it this way, in the near future, we want customers to ask: “Do you have WiFi? Do you offer WiGL?” and are you on the WiGL Blockchain or node?
The Vision
With robust marketing, strategic acquisitions, targeted communication campaigns and a well-developed social media presence, we’re aiming to be associated with all wireless power delivery, regardless of the product, service, competitor or manufacturer. Our goal is that within five years after commercial launch, the name WiGL will be as prevalent, demanded, and used as WiFi.
*This computer generated image is for illustration purposes only; actual product is in development and final result may differ.
When going to a restaurant or a friend’s place, consumers today ask the common questions, “do you have WiFi, what’s the password?”
Similarly, our vision is for people across the globe to simply ask, “how do I get on your WiGL network?”

We shared previously that as WiGL eNERGY’s Saltwater Generator (SWG) has gained traction faster than planned and it has become important for WiGL Inc to rethink our business model(s).
Now that WiGL has entered its Reg A extension, we are taking a serious look at how to best align WiGL Inc and WiGL eNERGY. Over the next few months we will be working through the legalese and ensuring we position both WiGL Inc and WiGL eNERGY to provide max returns for investors.
We’ve learned a lot over the past few years with WiGL Inc and investors’ valuation growth demands. So we are making sure we capture the valuation of WiGL eNERGY is a way that does NOT devalue WiGL Inc.
We are not 100% complete with the spinoff, and as you know, the WiGL Inc Board will need to approve the formal spinoff and dates. But we are aligning the division to be seamlessly separated. So be on the lookout for future updates about WiGL eNERGY Inc.
Thanks for believing in our SWG products and we hope this further shores up your faith in WiGL. Oh…and be on the lookout for our first 2023 WiGL Inc products…it’s really cool!!
Thank you as always for supporting us and following along on StartEngine, and we cannot wait to share more in the future!

Look What WiGL did!
So You Thought it was Impossible
Often when internet engineers tell us we are attempting to defy the laws of Physics with touchless Wireless Power Transfer (tWPT), we simply reply…”we know, because bees can’t fly”
Or better yet…we show them bee’s flying or should I say WiGL tWPT’ing.

As WiGL’s Saltwater Generator (SWG) gains traction faster than planned, it has become important for WiGL to think or should we say… rethink our business model(s).
From the start, WiGL Inc has been laser-focused on demonstrating WiGL’s SWG or touchless Wireless Power Transfer (tWPT) technologies…on other manufactures products…leading to those manufactures licensing our intellectual property (IP). As you’ve heard or read, we call the business-to-business (B2B) licensing of our IP, making things WiGL-enabled. Licensing B2B IP is a key part of WiGL Inc’s Exit Strategy.
But with all good Exits, timing is everything!
During a demonstration of WiGL’s SWG (also called WiGL eNERGY) we received a ton of real-time feedback on immediate WiGL eNERGY needs for Defense and commercial applications. One of the most important pieces of feedback was the need to recharge electric vehicles (EV) while they move (especially on the battlefield). Interestingly, there were also a number of vendors we could work with to fast track EV recharging (while the EVs are moving). But good timing (immediate) puts us well ahead of the WiGL Inc Exit roadmap. And fast tracking the SWG puts WiGL-enabled offering slightly out of timing.
One investor asked:
How does the "WiGL eNERGY" or "saltwater generator" makes any sense… I would suggest to discontinue the project or at least not use the same brand.
The #1 challenge in meeting an immediate DoD and commercial need is that it breaks our B2B licensing model. To get products to consumers immediately we may need to move towards business-to-consumer (B2C). So, we took feedback to heart and did a detailed look at how best to align and/or spinoff WiGL eNERGY…while rewarding our WiGL Inc investors.
WiGL used GE as a role model.
While there are a number of ways to approach a realignment versus spinoff, we thought issuing new (additional) bonus shares would be a win-win for WiGL Inc investors. The best win-win is gifting each of you shares in WiGL eNERGY Inc based on your WiGL Inc shareholdings + potentially offering WiGL eNERGY Inc dividends…to existing WiGL Inc holders as of X-date!
As you know, the WiGL Inc Board will need to approve these new shares and dates, so be on the lookout for future updates about WiGL eNERGY Inc and the future potential of dividends.
Thanks for believing in our SWG and tWPT and we hope this further shores up your faith in WiGL.
Thank you as always for supporting us and following along on StartEngine, and we cannot wait to share more in the future!

Electric Vehicles (EV) are becoming the future of transportation as governments of the world pivot away from gasoline powered cars. As EVs show their capabilities, more people are taking note.
EVs can be great for the environment, but not so much for the time-crunched consumer. Costly time spent charging and lack of charging stations can be quite the nuisance when time is of the essence. EVs like the new Quant supercar are exploring Salt-Water mixtures to power EVs on the go…and as it turns out….so could WiGL.
WiGL’s Salt-Water Generator (SWG) can help to revolutionize the EV charging by providing power on the go. Yes, you read that correctly…recharge EVs while they are moving.
Having an on-board EV charger will give drivers a chance to bypass the need to stop and recharge. The possibilities could be numerous when it comes to offering power-on-demand.
Opportunities to use the SWG keep mounting as society embraces the idea of sustainability and a cleaner tomorrow. WiGL wants to be right at the forefront of these steps into the future, and projects like the SWG can help take us there.
