INVEST IN THE TULA MIC TODAY!
Large and fast growing market
Over $1M in revenue in first year with all chips secured for 2022
Experienced founder and team with major advantages over existing competitors
The Tula Mic is a revolutionary new USB microphone and mobile recorder designed for content creators and people working from home. Content creation and home office are two of today’s fastest growing markets and the Tula Mic is perfectly positioned to achieve growth in both sectors.
The Problem
Online meetings and content creation benefit greatly from professional-quality audio but achieving it can be costly and require knowledge that many people don’t have.
Existing options are often bulky and unattractive and lack features like noise reduction.
The Solution
The Tula Mic
What makes us different?
Unlike our competitors, the Tula Mic functions as both a plug and play USB microphone AND a mobile recorder. It fits easily in a pocket or purse and features a unique noise reduction algorithm developed with the Swedish software company, Klevgrand.
The Market
Content Creation
The content creation market has exploded in recent years led primarily by podcasting and YouTube. As the number of podcasts and youtube channels increase, so does the need for products like the Tula Mic.
According to Pew Research, 41% of Americans say they’ve listened to a podcast in the last month, up from only 9% in 2008. According to Podcast Insights, there are currently more than 2 MILLION active podcasts in the world.
Home Office
* Source
The pandemic supercharged an already existing trend towards remote working. Although many people will be returning to the office in some capacity, the majority will prefer to continue working from home at least part of the time. Unlike many USB mics, the Tula is extremely portable and as such, well suited to hybrid working.
Why Invest
We’re Tula; an innovative young audio brand. Our goal is to create beautiful devices that sound as good as they look.

Hello everyone,
I'm thrilled to report that I was recently interviewed on Manward's Venture Spotlight.
You can see the interview here:
I'd like to thank Andy and Alex from Manward. It was an honor and a pleasure to speak with them. They're doing great work.

Hello Everyone,
We've been silent for a while as we were waiting to send out an update until the new video was finally finished and uploaded.
I'd like to give a HUGE thank you to Pepe Combalía and Jose M Val from Strawberry Films in Barcelona. We couldn't be happier
with the the job they did.
We hope you're all staying safe and healthy in these tumultuous times. We'll get through them.

We mentioned in a previous update that we had donated forty Tula Mics to an organization called Playing For Change.
Yesterday they sent us the first video of some of the Tulas in action. It's from a music school in Morocco. We couldn't be happier to see our Tula Mics helping in the development of young musicians around the world. If you like what you see, consider supporting the work of the good folks at Playing For Change. They're the real deal.

“Chipageddon” has been massive problem for hardware manufacturers for more than a year now and it’s still unclear when it will be resolved. The chronic shortage of microprocessors has impacted the production of everything from cars to consumer electronics. Supply chains have been disrupted and many companies, especially smaller ones, have been struggling, unable to fill orders.
Fortunately, we planned well in advance and have all of the components we need in order to meet our $5M revenue goal for 2022.

Worth Magazine has included the Tula Mic in its top picks for last minute holiday gift ideas.

1. Future Products
The Tula Mic is the first in a series of products that we have planned. We’re creating an entire ecosystem for remote workers and content creators. Our future products are already in various stages of development and will allow for the sustained growth of the company.
2. Pedigree
Tula was founded by the people behind Soyuz Microphones, a well respected pro audio company used by the likes of Coldplay, Radiohead and countless others.
3. Sustainability
The world is awash in e-waste. Part of our philosophy at Tula is to create products that are built to last. To that end, the Tula Mic is entirely snapped and screwed together to allow for easy repair and end of life recycling.
4. Compatibility
We designed the Tula to be as easy to use as possible while still being packed with useful functionality. As a USB mic, the Tula requires no drivers and is compatible with Mac and Windows, iOS (with Apple camera connector) and Android.
12.20.21
At Tula, we believe in the importance of having a positive company culture. The concept of win/win is paramount to the way we view business. We try to always ensure that our pricing and policies are beneficial for our shareholders, our dealers and our customers.
In addition, we believe that it’s important to give back to the world that has been so generous to us. To that end, we came up with the idea of donating some Tulas to Playing for Change as it seemed like the most direct way to get our mics into the hands of some creative young people who could really benefit from them.
The Tula Mic is highly portable and recording with it is not dependent on having a computer or even a phone. As such, it’s a perfect tool for the music schools run by Playing for Change.
Half of the 40 mics we donated will be going to programs in Latin America and the other half will be heading to Africa. They’ve promised to send us video of the Tulas in action. We’ll post them to our social channels when they do. Stay tuned!

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.
With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000, are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.
At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.
Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.
StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.
For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.
For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.
Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements. To learn more about Regulation Crowdfunding, click here, and for Regulation A+, click here.
