Multifaceted. Multicultural. Multimedia.

The MVP Kids brand brings together entertainment and educational tools under one umbrella, created to empower the next generation of Real MVPs® as well as the parents and caregivers who mentor them.

Building the world of MVP Kids touches all aspects of a child’s life: home, classroom, and community. Raising kids doesn’t come with an instruction book, and parenting isn’t one-size-fits-all. We envision expanding our products and experiences to become the “go-to resource” for kids and caregivers as they age and develop.

With over 90+ book titles, curriculum, video streaming content, and more, we have introduced audiences to a diverse cast of original characters who experience and teach valuable life lessons and skills. The stars of our stories are the sixteen MVP Kids, who collectively represent an array of cultures, ethnicities, family backgrounds, ability levels, and personality types.

*The above-referenced 5-star rating is derived from Amazon reviews of our currently published titles.

The Problem & Our Solution

Creating an Enriched Media Environment for Kids to Learn & Grow

Today, kids spend as much as six hours per day consuming content through screens, creating a challenge for parents who are concerned with healthy media exposure. In 2021, a study from Harvard University concluded that early childhood conditions and environments are in fact a key influential factor for lifelong well-being and educational success. MVP Kids is dedicated to establishing a go-to family-friendly brand for all things entertainment while helping parents and educators address behaviors and character development that can be so heavily influenced by a media-saturated world.

(source)

Combining state-of-the-art technology with the talents of award-winning producers, storytellers, and other creators, MVP Kids develops products that deliver important lessons through a variety of fun and entertaining formats. We create authentic content with a goal of fostering values such as friendship, family, community, and kindness, so that children are equipped with the wisdom and skills needed to lead happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

Additionally, by implementing our plans of launching  a subscription-based multimedia platform for homes, coordinated with curriculum for schools and shows for kids, we see our brand becoming a trusted outlet where children can grow up alongside our MVP Kids as their friends and role models.

MVP Kids TV: In-House Multimedia Productions Created Using Original IP

MVP Kids TV is a critical component in our multi-pronged effort to launch MVP Kids characters & imaginary world and presenting them globally to our young audience. The goal of MVP Kids TV will be to take brand new properties originally conceived and rolled out in MVP Kids books and develop them for multimedia, television, games, streaming, and motion pictures

Initially, our goal is to host this content on an MVP Kids TV YouTube channel along with our MVPKids.TV and MVPKids.com websites, where we intend to incubate our concepts. We plan to further explore placing our shows and characters into mainstream media such as PBS, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, ROKU, and others.

To jumpstart our efforts, our current team has a solid, proven track record in the mainstream entertainment media including John Semper, Jr. (Green Lantern: Beware My Power, Spider-Man, The Smurfs, Scooby-Doo, Static-Shock, and more), Jim Castle (five-time Emmy Award winning designer/producer), and Jim Jinkins (Doug, 101 Dalmatians: The Series, and more). These industry veterans represent an incredible network of gravitas and contacts that MVP Kids can leverage as we look to expand distribution.

We are currently in production on initial episodes of three unique series based on our original intellectual properties, Howland and Whyland, Pancho and Juno, and Movie Books.

The Market & Our Traction

Proof-Positive Partnerships and Product Placements

Our success has been several years in the making, with the company first coming together in 2016 and expanding by leaps and bounds since. Since establishing a committed core team and launching commercially in 2017, our brand has gone on to secure key product placements that we believe validate our mission

MVP Kids books were featured this July, August, and September in Chick-fil-A kid’s meals, with mutual agreement and promotions completed to continue our partnership in September, October, and November 2023. We have received and fulfilled an opening order of $99K+ from Costco stores, to be in stores next year. MVP Kids was also recently awarded Mom’s Choice Gold Awards for two of our titles.

*MVP Kids Media's relationship with Chick-fil-A is a promotional relationship

At present, MVP Kids titles are being used in more than 400 classrooms in the Miami-Dade and Broward County District. We also anticipate launching initial episodes of three different streaming series over the next several months.

Why Invest

DIVERSE INVESTMENTS

Invest in over 200 start-ups and collectibles!

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.

With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000, are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.

At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.

Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.

StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.

For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.

For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.

Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.

Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements. To learn more about Regulation Crowdfunding, click here, and for Regulation A+, click here.
