Reasons to Invest

  • We believe CI Coach is one of the first platforms to provide high-value individualized AI coaching across the entire workforce.
  • The global leadership training and development market is a $68B industry (source). And we believe it’s typically too expensive to provide individualized leadership coaching beyond top executives. CI Coach harnesses the power of  AI and Machine Learning blended with our leadership expertise, and our proprietary behavioral methodology to solve that problem.
  • We believe that individualized AI Coaching is a disruptive technology that has the potential to transform human capital development and coaching as it’s done today.

Overview

Coaching everyone, anywhere, anytime

CI Coach can deliver a SaaS-based platform for a personalized, mobile coaching experience.  It can also provide development paths, situational coaching, and more effective meetings to all levels of employees in a scalable and cost-effective manner. We believe CI Coach is among the first AI-based mobile platforms that can curate content to tailor coaching to each user - anywhere, anytime.

CI Coach is here to empower organizations to provide their workforce with broad access to leadership coaching. We help users develop essential skills for successful leadership - skills like continuous learning, clear communication, effective meetings, positive group dynamics, the ability to navigate difficult situations, and organizational alignment.

The Problem

Coaching for all employees at all levels is too expensive, and not scalable

We feel leadership at all levels is needed more today, than ever. We see that professionals are now accountable for much of their own career leadership development and they need just in time, cost-effective, as well as individualized feedback and reinforcement.

IN OUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Classroom cohorts challenged by COVID and online methodologies lack reinforcement (source)
  • We see that instructor-lead workshops and online training typically lack individualized coaching
  • We feel that many training methodologies today do not fully utilize machine learning and AI
  • Customized feedback and coaching for all employees at all levels is too expensive, not scalable (source)

We believe reinforcement and coaching should be personalized, private, affordable, and available "just in time,” and anywhere. That’s where we come in.

The Solution

Behavior Methodology + Machine Learning

CI Coach can assess how users show up in meetings and can help them become better leaders by giving them insights and coaching specific to the areas they need the most.

*The above are renderings of current products. Images are computer generated versions for illustration purposes.

CI Coach™ continuously gathers data while users participate in secure virtual meeting platforms, consume content, and rate their interactions.

This data feeds our proprietary Machine Learning models that in turn can calibrate CI Coach™ to give each user confidential personalized recommendations and content.

  • Orchestrates training and development to align with organizational priorities with effectiveness metrics
  • Mobile-first, personalized, private coaching
  • Deep personal insights through Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Machine Learning
  • Situational and personalized coaching based on individual profiles and organizational priorities
  • Completely portable, personal, and private: take CI Coach™ with you to a new team or organization

Here’s how it works for users:

For the Organization

The CI Coach™ Dashboard allows you to track and guide workforce alignment toward organizational priorities, translating micro-measurements from virtual meeting platforms and user engagement into real-time analytics and individualized coaching.

*The above are renderings of current products. Images are computer generated versions for illustration purposes.

And when priorities shift, CI Coach adapts. You can add, remove, and reorder organizational priorities to adjust content delivery, data analysis, and insights to align with new goals.

We utilize a SaaS revenue model that delivers what we think is a unique and affordable AI Coaching experience.

The Market

The global leadership training and development market is a $68 Billion industry

Here are some other market specs:

  • Global leadership Training and Development Spend $68 Billion (source)
  • Large-cap and mid-cap markets represent an addressable market of 64 Million employees (source, source)
  • Our target market,  according to our calculations, is 21 Million (33%) composed of managerial and professional staff

When it comes to our competition, we believe it’s too expensive to train and develop employees beyond senior management. CI Coach combines our expertise with AI to solve that problem, giving us what we feel is a first-mover advantage.

Our Traction

Milestones and roadmap

Based on positive responses from our client trials, here’s where we anticipate going from here:

*The above graphic is not guaranteed. Our customer roadmap will depend on varying factors. Please refer to the risk factors section of our offering materials.

Why Invest

Inspiring leaders, building thriving teams

In the next 3-5 years, we anticipate seeing ourselves as having both large and mid-size organizations and an individual user base that would potentially validate the need for companies to implement CI Coach universally.

Our platform is built and market-ready - so we would use invested funds to build a client acquisition team and expand CI Coach predicament-driven content, including expansive video, text, and audio reinforcement..

There has been an emergence and growth of AI since the normalization of remote working environments due to COVID. Paired with the difficulty of providing real time coaching to all levels of an organization - we think we are positioned to be a leader in the industry. Join us!

I’m sorry, cool idea people but I like my coaches to be real people that have succeeded and can mentor me, an AI drive R2-D2 like app giving me advice makes me want to say hmm, no, but hey, if somebody wants to pay the advice of a soulless algorithm, good for you!

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.

With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000, are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.

At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.

Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.

StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.

For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.

For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.

Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.

Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements. To learn more about Regulation Crowdfunding, click here, and for Regulation A+, click here.

The availability of company information does not indicate that the company has endorsed, supports, or otherwise participates with StartEngine.

None of the information displayed on or downloadable from www.startengine.com (the 'Website') represents a recommendation, offer, or solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any security. It also does not constitute an offer to provide investment advice or service. StartEngine does not (1) make any recommendations or otherwise advise on the merits or advisability of a particular investment or transaction, or (2) assist in the determination of fair value of any security or investment, or (3) provide legal, tax, or transactional advisory services.

All investment opportunities are based on indicated interest from sellers and will need to be confirmed.

Investing in private company securities is not suitable for all investors. An investment in private company securities is highly speculative and involves a high degree of risk. It should only be considered a long-term investment. You must be prepared to withstand a total loss of your investment. Private company securities are also highly illiquid, and there is no guarantee that a market will develop for such securities. Each investment also carries its own specific risks, and you should complete your own independent due diligence regarding the investment. This includes obtaining additional information about the company, opinions, financial projections, and legal or other investment advice. Accordingly, investing in private company securities is appropriate only for those investors who can tolerate a high degree of risk and do not require a liquid investment.

StartEngine Marketplace (“SE Marketplace”) is a website operated by StartEngine Primary, LLC (“SE Primary”), a broker-dealer that is registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and the SIPC. StartEngine Bulletin Board ("SE BB") is a bulletin board platform that advertises interest in shares of private companies that previously executed Reg CF or Reg A offerings. SE BB enables shareholders to communicate interest in potential sales of shares in private companies and investors to discover, review, and potentially invest in private companies. As a bulletin board platform, SE BB provides a venue for investors to access information about private company offerings and connect with potential sellers. SE BB is distinct and separate from StartEngine Secondary (“SE Secondary”), which is an SEC-registered Alternative Trading System (ATS) operated by SE Primary. SE Secondary facilitates the trading of securities by matching orders between buyers and sellers and facilitating executions of trades on the platform. While a security may be displayed on the bulletin board, these securities will be subject to certain restrictions which may prevent the ability to buy and sell these securities in a timely manner, if at all. Even if a security is qualified to be displayed on the bulletin board, there is no guarantee an active trading market for the securities will ever develop, or if developed, be maintained. You should assume that you may not be able to liquidate your investment for some time or be able to pledge these shares as collateral.
