We anticipate holding our wine assets for a minimum of one year, and a maximum of six years. We intend to pay distributions to the extent we sell some or all of our assets. Otherwise, liquidity for investors would be obtained by transferring or selling their interests in a series.
Invest in a Prestigious Wine
Vieux Château Certan is located on the right bank of the Bordeaux wine region, in the commune of Pomerol. As all wine produced in this appellation, Vieux Château Certan is unclassified, but the estate is long recognized as among the great growths of the region, and by some reckoned comparable to neighboring estate Château Pétrus.
If we reach the maximum funding goal in this series, we plan to purchase en primeur 30 bottles worth of Vieux Chateau Certan 2020 Pomerol.
“En primeur” is a method of purchasing wines while the wine is still in the barrel – i.e. before the wine is bottled. A potential advantage of buying wines en primeur is that the wines may be acquired cheaper than if acquiring the same wine once bottled and released to the market. However, this is not guaranteed – and some wines may even lose value over time. We estimate that our wine assets will be bottled and eligible to be sold between 12 to 18 months after the date we acquire the wine en primeur.
The maximum investment by an individual investor is for shares representing 5% of the total shares in this particular series.

If my math is right, the max funding goal is $11,500, which buys 30 bottles @ $383 each. The 2016 vintage sells for $399.00 and it was also rated 100 pts by Parker. The 2020 would have to kick ass to greatly exceed the value of the 2016 in just 18 months. Mr. W: can you offer some insights? Where is the 2020 Chateau Wonderful? That I would invest in!

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.
With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000, are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.

Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.
