Reasons Icon

AGOGIE combines athleisure and fitness equipment to help customers to make the most of their workout without sacrificing time.

Reasons Icon

With 77,000+ customers and over $10M in sales, we believe we are creating a new category inside the Global Sportswear Market estimated at US$172 Billion in the year 2020, is projected to reach a revised size of US$221.3 Billion by 2026.* By adding rubber resistance bands into apparel, we enable our customers to workout simply by wearing our clothing and accessories.

Reasons Icon

At just over $1M previously raised, and 220% revenue growth in just one year, we’re getting the attention of more than just customers. AGOGIE has been featured on Tamron Hall, Racheal Ray,, Good Morning America, Women’s World, Men’s Health, Men’s Journal, and The Chicago Tribune. We also have new products coming out soon including Resistance Sleeves and Resistance Shirts.

the pitch

AGOGIE is here to strengthen and support all the ways you move. By combining rubber resistance bands with comfortable athletic pants - we believe our Resistance Pants are unlike any other. Over 77,000 of our customers are already benefiting from wearing AGOGIE with built-in resistance. We have previously raised just over  $1M while growing in revenue from $1.3 Million to $5.6 Million in just one year. With press validation spanning from Men’s health, to ELLE Magazine, to Good Morning America - we’re taking wearable resistance to the masses.

To our knowledge, we are the only company that has incorporated a patent pending design to add 8 resistance bands to a pair of leggings.

Resistance bands are widely known for their ability to activate and build muscle, increase calorie and fat burn, and help stabilize movement. Our pants do all of this simply by wearing them.

The AGOGIE team started small in 2017, but through resistance - we grew stronger. Now, we believe we are on track to becoming a global brand with $10M+ in sales, and 76K social media followers.

We are perhaps the only company that has incorporated a patent pending design to add 8 resistance bands to a pair of leggings. With that, we feel we've created a new category inside the apparel industry, resistance apparel.

The Problem & Our Solution

Staying fit can be time-consuming, and difficult, so we’re introducing a wearable way to make every movement a workout

Do resistance bands help build muscle? Absolutely. A 2019 study shows that training using resistance bands provides similar strength gains to using conventional gym equipment (source).

(source, source)

AGOGIE Resistance Pants anchor comfortably under your heel, causing the resistance bands housed in fabric channels to stretch inside the pants. Secured by a comfortable waistband, our fitness apparel is designed to stretch with you, however you move.

The Market & Our Traction

We target two markets: performance sportswear and athleisure

The global sports and fitness clothing market is estimated to reach $221.3 Billion by 2026 (source). While the Total Serviceable Market for premium apparel in the US was estimated at $87.2 Billion in 2021 (source).

With our three target markets, plus our focus on creating the most resistance in a comfortable way -  we feel to stand out against our competition. We believe our defensibility resides in the unique product design, brand positioning, along with celebrities and media outlets that cover our brand.

With two pending patents and trademarks around the world, here’s more on our latest traction:

Why Invest

At AGOGIE, we want to make it easier for everyone to live healthier, active lives

With that, we feel success for the company would be to reach 10M+ individuals over the next 5yrs, and with how we are doing so far - we think we can get there.

To increase our market share, we are adding physical retail, other online retailers, co-branding, international distribution, and outside marketplace that is expected to create new revenue verticals for us.

In the meantime, our use of funds will go towards…

  • Increase brand positioning
  • Release two new products
  • Start international expansion using Amazon as a distribution backbone

The AGOGIE mission is to strengthen and support all the ways you move, improving human health and athletic performance through innovative resistance band products. Invest in AGOGIE and invest in fitness innovation.

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.

With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000, are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.

At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.

Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.

StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.

For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.

For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.

Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.

Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements.
