We generate revenue through online retail and wholesale sales of both our branded and GreatFoods It’s Vegan private label products, memberships, and vendor ad revenue from placement in our social media, emails, and website.  


We ensure our products are shipped in an environmentally-friendly cold shipper within 24-48 hours via UPS or other delivery services.

The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

GTFO, It's Vegan will offer 10% additional bonus units for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.

This means eligible StartEngine unitholders will receive a 10% bonus for any units they purchase in this offering. For example, if you buy 100 units of Class B Membership Units at $4.00 / unit, you will receive 110 units of Class B Membership Units, meaning you'll own 110 units for $400. Fractional units will not be distributed and unit bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole unit.

This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investors' eligibility period. GTFO Begins Shipping To Canada!

After significant consumer demand and requests, GTFO It's Vegan will begin shipping to customers in Canada in May 2022.  Initial markets will include the major metropolitan areas (e.g. Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver,  Calgary) where UPS can deliver within 24-48 hours.

We have been working on a solution to ship to Canada for some time now.  The difficulties of shipping out of the country have been exacerbated by the pandemic, but we have finally arrived at a solution with UPS that will guarantee shipments will arrive within 24-48 hours without issue.

This is a major milestone for us, as it marks our first of many expansions in to international markets.  We hope to add other international geographies, such as the United Kingdom by late summer.

After launching GTFO It's Vegan less than 24 months ago, we have quickly learned that the issue of "vegan food desserts" -- or places where vegan and plant-based foods are not readily available -- is a global issue.

GTFO It's Vegan Raises Over $500k

We are very excited to announce our Crowdfunding Campaign has now raised over $500k.  We are so grateful for everyone that has invested and for all of the amazing support we have received.  

With this investment, we have already implemented several major enhancements to our business model that will continue to streamline operations and enable us to take GTFO It's Vegan to the next level.  

Highlights include:

1) In December 2021, we moved in to a larger warehouse in Southern California and increased our cold storage capacity by 50%.  This enabled us to not only increase the number of products offered, but we are now serving as the distributor for several new international brands entering the U.S. market, including unMEAT, RevoluGreen, MyWaygu, and several others.

2) We brought on an extensive set of brokers and outside sales team members to promote and sell our private label products, anchored by our GreatFoods It's Vegan sashimi line, into several major distribution channels across the U.S., including Sysco and KeHE.  This will enable us to offer our products across major retailers and restaurants across the U.S. in the coming months.  We also will be soon launching a full line of GreatFoods It's Vegan cheese slices, shreds and cream cheeses.

3) We have purchased and initiated implementation of a completely new Warehouse Management System (scheduled to be fully implemented by April 30th, 2022) that will completely automate our pick-pack-ship operations.  This is forecasted to increase our productivity by 50%, sending out more orders per day, streamlining inventory in-take and establishing the the foundation for the automation required to open additional warehouses across the U.S. in the coming months -- a critical evolution to expand operations outside Southern California and realize far cheaper shipping rates to customer in the Midwest and East.

4) We have launched an industry first, proprietary rapid product concept testing platform that enables vendors to test new products among our panel of over 60k subscribers - this is the largest panel available in the U.S. today, comprised of vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, gluten and dairy free, and plant-based curious consumers.  With this platform, we can not only help vendor partners gain instant feedback on new product innovations, helping them know before product launch, what will succeed and fail in the market, but also help evaluate appeal of existing products in the market.  Our platform assigns a proprietary score between 1 and 100 that tells the vendor the likelihood their product will succeed in the market, as well as predict the likelihood existing products will gain widespread appeal in the market.  

Other notable milestones include:

Online retailer GTFO It’s Vegan announces it has obtained US national distribution for its plant-based sashimi through both KeHe and Sysco

The distribution deal will bring GTFO’s private label sashimi line, which includes plant-based tuna, salmon, sailfish and calamari, to restaurants and grocery stores across the US. The brand’s tuna and salmon sashimi is also now available at Beyond Sushi, an NYC restaurant chain famous for its creative vegan sushi menu.

GTFO’s extensive sashimi range first debuted in November 2021, and quickly became one of the company’s most popular product lines. 

GTFO, launched in May 2020 by husband and wife Marc and Tanya Pierce, has set out to pioneer the “New Age Vegan Movement” by exclusively featuring the most innovative plant-based food items. The retailer recently expanded its own brand collection with a line of vegan tuna, salmon, sailfish and calamari sashimi. Now, GTFO, It’s Vegan has announced the latest addition to its Great Foods, It’s Vegan own brand line: the Steak ‘N JUST Egg Samosa.

Online vegan grocery store GTFO It’s Vegan just launched its own line of vegan sashimi to tap into the growing plant-based seafood industry. GTFO—which stands for “GreaTFOods”—now offers konjac-based vegan tuna, salmon, sailfish, and calamari which can be used for cold preparations of dishes that feature traditional sashimi. The online grocery store created the new line after its data and proprietary research determined that the vegan seafood industry is the fastest growing category in the plant-based market.

“This launch represents an incredible milestone in our efforts to introduce our own private label line of products under the Great Foods, It’s Vegan brand,” Tanya Pierce, GTFO It’s Vegan’s president and co-founder, said in a statement. “The launch showcases one of many planned private label launches of vegan offerings in rapidly growing, yet undeserved vegan and plant-based categories.”

GTFO launched during the height of the pandemic in May 2020 with the mission of providing greater access to vegan groceries. Now, the online grocery store offers more than 2,800 vegan and plant-based products across more than 700 brands. GTFO has also co-developed new items that it offers on its platform, including deli meats it launched in partnership with Portland, OR-based Snackrilege in December. Since its launch, GTFO has fulfilled nearly 30,000 orders containing over 300,000 vegan and plant-based items.

Realistic vegan sashimi 

Released earlier this year, documentary Seaspiracy put the global fishing industry back in the spotlight, showing how damaging its practices are for human, animal, and planetary health, pushing consumers to search for fish-free foods. Luckily, many new options are now available to satisfy every sashimi craving. 

GTFO now offers the most extensive line of vegan sashimi on the US market. In Europe, vegan brand ZeaStar has offered plant-based items such as Sashimi No Tuna, Sashimi Zalmon, Shrimpz, Crispy Lemon Shrimpz, Crispy Chili Shrimpz, Kalamariz, and Tasty Codd. In April, Dutch chain Sushi Point added five new vegan dishes to the menu of its 32 locations across the Netherlands, including several made with ZeaStar’s realistic vegan sashimi. 

The vegan seafood industry grows

Outside of the vegan sashimi realm, a growing number of plant-based seafood products are making their way to stores and restaurants. Founded by chef brothers Chad and Derek Sarno, Good Catch makes vegan seafood using a proprietary blend of six legumes that offer a flaky texture that mimics popular fish products such as pouched tuna, crab cakes, and breaded filets. This summer, Good Catch trolled sandwich chain Subway by parking its “OurWay” trucks outside of New York City, NY; Austin, TX; and London, England. There, the brand gave away free vegan tuna sub sandwiches to show passersby that enjoying familiar seafood flavors does not have to come at the grave cost of ocean destruction. In July, Good Catch’s vegan crab cakes and fish filets landed on the menu at select test locations at Long John Silver’s, becoming the first chain of its size to test vegan seafood.

On the other side of the planet, Starbucks just got into the vegan seafood game with the launch of Thai Style New Crab Cake Salad at its 170 locations in Hong Kong. The new option is made with vegan crab cakes by OmniFoods, a local brand known for its OmniPork (vegan pork) products which just launched its OmniSeafood line extension. In addition to the crab cakes on Starbucks’ menu, the new vegan seafood line includes vegan fish filets and burgers.

GTFO It's Vegan has formalized its affiliate relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and their Blue365 Members Savings Program.  Blue365 is a program committed to providing Blue Cross Blue Shield members with easy access to savings on premier products and services. The program is designed to help members achieve the lifestyle they desire through the program's  extensive array of exclusive savings, healthy tips, and inspirational stories from fellow Blue365 members on how this program has changed their lives. 

Currently the Blue365 program is used by two-thirds of the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans across the country representing 68.7 million BCBS members.  Currently the Blue365 Savings Program has 2.73 million active users
