We generate revenue through online retail and wholesale sales of both our branded and GreatFoods It’s Vegan private label products, memberships, and vendor ad revenue from placement in our social media, emails, and website.  


We ensure our products are shipped in an environmentally-friendly cold shipper within 24-48 hours via UPS or other delivery services.

The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

GTFO, It's Vegan will offer 10% additional bonus units for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.

This means eligible StartEngine unitholders will receive a 10% bonus for any units they purchase in this offering. For example, if you buy 100 units of Class B Membership Units at $4.00 / unit, you will receive 110 units of Class B Membership Units, meaning you'll own 110 units for $400. Fractional units will not be distributed and unit bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole unit.

This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investors' eligibility period. Investors eligible for this bonus will also have priority if they are on a waitlist to invest and the company surpasses its maximum funding goal. They will have the first opportunity to invest should room in the offering become available if prior investments are canceled or fail.

Vegan online retailer GTFO, It’s Vegan has quickly followed up its latest product release with another.

The retailer recently expanded its own brand collection with a line of vegan tuna, salmon, sailfish and calamari sashimi. Now, GTFO, It’s Vegan has announced the latest addition to its Great Foods, It’s Vegan own brand line: the Steak ‘N JUST Egg Samosa.

"Expanding our private label line of products is a key component of our growth strategy,” said Marc Pierce, CEO and co-founder of the company. “We are fortunate to have so many great vendor partners that are eager to collaborate with us to launch new, never seen before vegan and plant-based innovations."

The new breakfast item features vegan plant-based steak and Indian spices alongside JUST Egg, the most popular plant-based, dairy-free egg alternative. The item expands Great Foods, It’s Vegans’ existing line of samosas, which includes Impossible Burger Meat & Cheese, Chick’n, and vegetable. The new item can be purchased for $11.99.

Online vegan grocery store GTFO It’s Vegan just launched its own line of vegan sashimi to tap into the growing plant-based seafood industry. GTFO—which stands for “GreaTFOods”—now offers konjac-based vegan tuna, salmon, sailfish, and calamari which can be used for cold preparations of dishes that feature traditional sashimi. The online grocery store created the new line after its data and proprietary research determined that the vegan seafood industry is the fastest growing category in the plant-based market.

“This launch represents an incredible milestone in our efforts to introduce our own private label line of products under the Great Foods, It’s Vegan brand,” Tanya Pierce, GTFO It’s Vegan’s president and co-founder, said in a statement. “The launch showcases one of many planned private label launches of vegan offerings in rapidly growing, yet undeserved vegan and plant-based categories.”

GTFO launched during the height of the pandemic in May 2020 with the mission of providing greater access to vegan groceries. Now, the online grocery store offers more than 2,800 vegan and plant-based products across more than 700 brands. GTFO has also co-developed new items that it offers on its platform, including deli meats it launched in partnership with Portland, OR-based Snackrilege in December. Since its launch, GTFO has fulfilled nearly 30,000 orders containing over 300,000 vegan and plant-based items. 

To fund its mission of “becoming one of the most important companies in this century to ensure the sustainability of our people and our planet,” GTFO recently raised $400,000 from 390 investors in just over three weeks on crowdfunding platform StartEngine.

Realistic vegan sashimi 

Released earlier this year, documentary Seaspiracy put the global fishing industry back in the spotlight, showing how damaging its practices are for human, animal, and planetary health, pushing consumers to search for fish-free foods. Luckily, many new options are now available to satisfy every sashimi craving. 

GTFO now offers the most extensive line of vegan sashimi on the US market. In Europe, vegan brand ZeaStar has offered plant-based items such as Sashimi No Tuna, Sashimi Zalmon, Shrimpz, Crispy Lemon Shrimpz, Crispy Chili Shrimpz, Kalamariz, and Tasty Codd. In April, Dutch chain Sushi Point added five new vegan dishes to the menu of its 32 locations across the Netherlands, including several made with ZeaStar’s realistic vegan sashimi. 

The vegan seafood industry grows

Outside of the vegan sashimi realm, a growing number of plant-based seafood products are making their way to stores and restaurants. Founded by chef brothers Chad and Derek Sarno, Good Catch makes vegan seafood using a proprietary blend of six legumes that offer a flaky texture that mimics popular fish products such as pouched tuna, crab cakes, and breaded filets. This summer, Good Catch trolled sandwich chain Subway by parking its “OurWay” trucks outside of New York City, NY; Austin, TX; and London, England. There, the brand gave away free vegan tuna sub sandwiches to show passersby that enjoying familiar seafood flavors does not have to come at the grave cost of ocean destruction. In July, Good Catch’s vegan crab cakes and fish filets landed on the menu at select test locations at Long John Silver’s, becoming the first chain of its size to test vegan seafood.

On the other side of the planet, Starbucks just got into the vegan seafood game with the launch of Thai Style New Crab Cake Salad at its 170 locations in Hong Kong. The new option is made with vegan crab cakes by OmniFoods, a local brand known for its OmniPork (vegan pork) products which just launched its OmniSeafood line extension. In addition to the crab cakes on Starbucks’ menu, the new vegan seafood line includes vegan fish filets and burgers.

GTFO Formalizes Affiliate Program With Blue Cross Blue Shield Association

GTFO It's Vegan has formalized its affiliate relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and their Blue365 Members Savings Program.  Blue365 is a program committed to providing Blue Cross Blue Shield members with easy access to savings on premier products and services. The program is designed to help members achieve the lifestyle they desire through the program's  extensive array of exclusive savings, healthy tips, and inspirational stories from fellow Blue365 members on how this program has changed their lives. 

Currently the Blue365 program is used by two-thirds of the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans across the country representing 68.7 million BCBS members.  Currently the Blue365 Savings Program has 2.73 million active users

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield System consists of 36 independent, locally operated Blue Cross and Blue Shield member Companies, a Federal Employee Program and an Association that serves the collective needs of the 103 million Americans. The Blue Cross Blue Shield System delivers health insurance coverage and provides local solutions that improve access to affordable, quality healthcare, across all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

Through the Blue365 program, GTFO It's Vegan maintains an active offer on the Blue365 website providing BCBS members with special savings when they shop on the GTFO It's Vegan site.  In addition, Blue365 sends emails out to their users promoting the savings programs available to BCBS members on their platform.  Today, October 28th, 2021, Blue365 is sending an email blast to their 2.73M users promoting GTFO It's Vegan.

We are very excited about this partnership as GTFO It's Vegan and Blue365's mission and values are closely aligned in that both entities are dedicated to helping individuals live healthier lifestyles.



Over $300K Raised In 10 Days!

We are truly honored to welcome 326 new investors to our GTFO It's Vegan Family.  We have now raised over $300k in just 10 days since launch.  We can't thank you enough for your contribution to help us realize our vision.

We are also very excited to announce our line of GTFO It's Vegan sashimi, including Tuna, Salmon, Sailfish and Calamari, landed safely at our warehouse this past weekend and will be available for sale shortly under our GreatFoods It's Vegan private label.  This line represents our largest and most extensive private label launch since our inception and will position us to become the leader in offering vegan sashimi to the U.S. market, including retail, wholesale, and foodservice.  

Together with our other previously launched private label lines, including fresh baked vegan goods (breads, brioches, croissants, and cookies), and samosas (vegetable, chick'n, beef n' cheese), GTFO It's Vegan continues to expand its line of private label offerings in key rapidly growing, yet underserved categories.  These private label lines will play a pivotal role in both our continued growth and increased profitability.

Wow! It has only been 6 days since we launched and we have already raised $240k.  We are well on our way to meeting our first goal of $1 million.  What a fantastic start to our crowdfunding campaign!

We are incredibly grateful for all of the support we have received and want to first thank all of our new investors.  Thank you for your confidence in GTFO It's Vegan and for helping us strive to become the most important company in this century to ensure the sustainability of our people and our planet.  

We also want to thank the StartEngine team for all their help and support in launching our campaign. 

There will be many more updates to come, but definitely stay tuned for next one later this week on the launch of our own line of vegan sashimi!
