Kevin O’Leary is a paid spokesperson for StartEngine. StartEngine’s agreement with Kevin began on March 10, 2020, under which he is paid $400,000 per year for the first three years, then $420,000 in year four, $450,000.00 in year five, and $480,000 in year 6. Kevin has also received compensation in the form of 322,506 options at a $7.50 strike price and 343,282 options at a $40.50 strike price.

On July 7, 2021, StartEngine Crowdfunding, Inc. conducted a 3:1 forward stock split. As a result of the split, Kevin’s compensation in the form of options was adjusted to 967,518 at a split adjusted strike price of $2.50, and 1,029,856 options at a split adjusted strike price of $13.50 respectively.

On May 6, 2024, StartEngine Crowdfunding, Inc. conducted a 20:1 forward stock split. As a result of the split, Kevin’s compensation in the form of options has been adjusted to 19,350,360 at a split adjusted strike price of $0.125, and 20,596,920 options at a split adjusted strike price of $0.675 respectively.
