Well, we are in the last few days of our investment capital raise on StartEngine and I can't thank our investors enough for joining the team on a journey to change social media. We have a version update available this week that will enable users to invite users in many ways to increase the exposure and awareness of Timeburst.
Our next three months takes us to a period of user acquisition and I kindly ask that you help with spreading the Timeburst app by inviting your contacts to register online or download an app in either store.
Let's make an impact on social media in 3 ways:
1. Rid our Timelines of past news and stories by focusing on future events, the Timeburst way. If it doesn't have a timer, it's old news..
2. Bring the power and control of advertising into the hands of the user. When you share a message with Timeburst and get paid by a brand or company, you are choosing true relevancy of ad placement and voting against the algorithms other apps use to control our advertising exposure. "Give it to people, spread it across the country" (Macklemore, 2013).
3. Create the next social media trend- albeit a big shift, it's time for one. The recipe- combine your hopes of all things yet to come (a calendar and a timeline), pay users instead of algorithms/bots to create advertising networks and crowdsourced events, and use a platform solely based on the future- this is Timeburst.
