At Supporteo, we designed a fully enterprise-ready solution that can be quickly deployed to enable remote inspection and troubleshooting, thus reducing equipment downtime and saving costs.
When the technician uses AR glasses backed by the powerful Supporteo platform, all the required information is delivered directly into their view, leaving their hands free to work. Areas that require maintenance or repair can be captured as an image or a video with various graphics overlaid on it to indicate defects or hazardous spots.
To enable technicians and service experts to work completely hands-free, our platform is seamlessly integrated into smart glasses from Rokid, RealWear, Vuzix, and wearable devices such as smart scanners and infrared thermal imaging sensors. Supporteo is compatible with computers, smartphones, and tablets.
Three Groundbreaking Services Offered
Using the most innovative technologies, we offer three main services to communicate between colleagues, remote workforce and experts, and speed up picker’s work. All of them work on one scalable cloud-based Supporteo platform.
1. Supporteo AR Assist
With Supporteo AR Assist, field workers or customers can have direct video and audio calls to experts in any part of the world over secure, low-bandwidth channels.
During the call, the expert can see what the worker or the customer is looking at and guide using AR objects. The hands-free technology allows the worker to follow the expert’s instructions in real-time, while the expert monitors the process.

AR Assist is a fully developed, working service ready to use right now. It works on desktops, AR glasses, and Android smartphones and tablets. The IOS version is expected to be ready to launch in the middle of September 2021 and published in the AppStore.
2. Supporteo AR Picking
Smart glasses improve warehouse productivity in multiple ways. With all the required details available in the AR content, goods picking, inventorying, sorting, and other processes become more efficient and almost error-free.
Video recording can be done for further analysis and quick error detection. Warehousing personnel work becomes more productive and safe with hands-free operation.
All tasks and instructions are received directly in the user’s smart glasses and display only the information that is absolutely necessary – the item number, a photo of the right product, quantity, and location when needed.
Verbal guidance complements the AR content to form a complete picture. While sorting and picking items, users scan their barcodes that are entered in the corresponding documentation immediately.
The process is voice-controlled, allowing users to work uninterrupted and focused. If necessary, users can request assistance, report discrepancies, and inform about changes in their work plan using voice commands.
This service is also fully developed and ready to use right now. It works with the use of AR glasses, such as Vuzix M-400 (cost $1,799.99), and Rokid 2 (cost $1,500).
The use of this service requires the implementation according to business processes warehousing company has (not included in the subscription price and requires additional payment), takes around 8 weeks, and should be connected to the company's WMS or ERP.
3. Supporteo Meeting
We plan to launch our newest product, Supporteo Meeting in November 2021. Software development is almost finished, and we are excited to share our latest innovation with the world soon.
