The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

How we plan to generate $283 million annually within 5 years

Most investors want to know that the companies they invest in have viable, executable growth plans based on achievable numbers rooted in reality. Here’s our plan to generate $283 million annual recurring revenue.

We generate revenues primarily by transferring funds between merchants and consumers. Therefore, our revenue model depends on two factors: the size of the average reward, and the number of rewards we process.

We can reliably project future revenues by multiplying together the current average reward, the average number of transactions per location and the expected number of participating locations.

How much did Spindy increase sales at Carl's Jr?

We partnered with Carl’s Jr. in July to launch a promotion designed to test Spindy in their drive-throughs. Carl’s Jr. management was specifically interested in ascertaining the effectiveness of Spindy in driving repeat visits and increasing the average sale when promoted to drive-through customers. 

We placed signage visible during the ordering process near the entrance and the exits of drive-throughs and handed out flyers at the window to encourage Spindy usage.

During the 30-day promotion, Spindy users made 1,530 transactions at 14 participating locations. They spent a total of $46,976 with 66% of transactions generated by users who were new to Spindy.

The data shows that, on average, Spindy users spend 22% more than non-spindy users. 32% of the new users visited the restaurant 4 or more times, demonstrating how Spindy excels at driving repeat business to restaurants.

Additionally, those who visit 4 or more times spend 54% more than average, while 50% of new users spun more than once, meaning they visited the restaurant several times during the 30-day period. Furthermore, the average sale per user increased significantly to $31.51 for those who used Spindy more than 3 times during the period.

Based on these excellent results the promotion is expanding to 55 locations in August. We are projecting an increase of $100,796 per month in revenues at these participating locations due to Spindy usage.
