We are Pantera, and we provide software tools for the construction industry. Since our humble, bootstrapped beginning in 2009, we have strived to provide the latest and greatest construction management tools on the market.


The past few years have seen the market flooded with new apps and widgets intended to improve construction, but in the end they just make things more complex. We like to keep things simple, reducing complexity in favor of efficiency, and that philosophy is embedded in our software. That doesn’t mean we aren’t seeking improvements and innovations - quite the opposite. 



We are more than our product--we are a construction-loving team who speak the language and know our stuff.

The Problem


Mega projects will still go to very complex, expensive providers, but the rest of the projects will be in our wheelhouse



Expensive Project Management products are needed for multi-year mega projects but not for the bulk of the construction that occurs nationally. GC's need a product that is affordable and can handle the majority of projects.


The success of the Invitation to Bid software has created a new problem. General Contractors (GCs) can now broadcast to a huge number of Subcontractors (Subs) to get bids, but the subs who once paid for Construction Leads, are now inundated with invites which leads to them being ignored.


This results in too many requests, too many responses, and the GC not awarding jobs to the Sub they don’t know.


Our Network products, the Select Network and PanteraPro, solve the problem for both the GC and the Sub. We provide easy to use software that will accomplish the goal of managing all size construction projects from small to large.

Our product is a yearly subscription service sold to GCs to manage their subcontractors address book, communication, file sharing, bidding and reporting functionality. 


It is different from the competition as we white-label our product to match our customers' website. This provides our customers with a higher bid response rate from their subs as well as a marketing tool to their owner customers. 


Additionally, we can offer customization of the offering, which we feel is unlike any of our competitors' offerings. 


We also do not require our customers' own internal address book subs to register in the public directory like our competitors do, which can weaken the GCs competitiveness.



The Market

We estimate the overall market of the content providers, and the ITB/ PlanRoom apps will be  in excess of $500 million annually, with the printing of construction plans still over  $1 billion in revenue, and project management systems for construction at several billions in revenue. 



The time required to capture the market is very fast, as the social piece is explosive. Combined with the launch of the Pantera Mobile app, we hope daily invites will create viral growth. We believe profit margins potentials are high - driven by messaging from the GC direct to the Sub,  with fewer sales people than typical launches. We feel this is a near pure technology play with similar margins and low cost of customer acquisition.


We anticipate that our main competitor may be capturing a large share of this market, but we believe our price will be a fraction of theirs. Many of their customers have complained to us that the software has too many bells and whistles, is hard to work with and is ridiculously expensive. Their sales are  in excess of $400 million with a market cap of over $10 billion.


We plan to expand upon our 300 medium to large existing GCs with the expanded offering as well as the rest of the GC community while for the first time, marketing the product to over 800,000 Subs.



We believe we offer a better, more intuitive product. It has been designed by talented and successful Estimators and Project Managers, and is constantly modified based on our customers' input.

So far, we have acquired over 300 midsize to large general contractors as customers, while remaining a bootstrapped company with only one Pantera salesperson selling only the bidding product. 


We have been working for 4 years building out the project management product as an extension of the bidding product. It can be marketed to not only the GCs, but to over 800,000 subcontractor companies who we have never monetized.

Voting Proxy. The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

Pantera Tools will offer 10% additional bonus shares for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.

This means eligible StartEngine shareholders will receive a 10% bonus for any shares they purchase in this offering. For example, if you buy 100 shares of Common Stock at $10.03 /share, you will receive 10 additional shares of Common Stock, meaning you'll own 110 shares for $1,003. Fractional shares will not be distributed and share bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole share.

This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investors' eligibility period. Investors eligible for this bonus will also have priority if they are on a waitlist to invest and the company surpasses its maximum funding goal. They will have the first opportunity to invest should room in the offering become available if prior investments are canceled or fail.

Investors will only receive a single bonus, which will be the highest bonus rate they are eligible for.
