The World Needs a New Paradigm of Power

Electric utilities, significant contributors to climate change, cannot support the amount of renewable energy required for a clean energy future. Various studies put the necessary investment for getting the world's electrical grids ready for the all-renewable future in the trillions of dollars (Source).

Utility Upgrades for an All-Electric Home Are Expensive for Consumers.
Many modern all-electric homes will require over 400 A of utility service. Most existing homes have 100-200 A service. Service upgrades by utilities are expensive, as the above cost estimation by the California utility PG&E shows. Even if the utility upgrade is on time and budget, the customer is still exposed to an unreliable grid, has little or no choice over the source of the electricity, and is captive to utility rates. In contrast, a PowerBloc can deliver reliable and green power equivalent to up to 800 A of service with fixed energy cost for decades to come.

Also, today's centralized power grids cannot withstand increasingly frequent weather extremes caused by global warming, and they are prone to preventive shutdowns in wildfire areas and flood zones.

The Power Grids Are Vulnerable to Wildfires Caused by Extreme Droughts.
In Northern California, such as here near Fairfield, wildfires have destroyed power lines, leading to power outages. Outages also occur when the local utility turns off power during high winds to prevent power lines from sparking wildfires.

We need a new paradigm to deliver reliable and carbon-free electricity to everyone. We believe that solution must be a primary power supply with little or no reliance on utility power and outside the control of utilities. The YouSolar PowerBloc® is such a system. It is a fully-integrated and intelligent solar nano-grid that powers an entire home or business and requires no utility approval.

Meet the Modular PowerBloc® . The PowerBloc comprises modules for different functions. The above animation provides an overview of all modules. Modularity delivers ultimate flexibility in configuration and size and is ket to PowerBloc's success in the market.

The PowerBloc is modular and highly scalable. All of its components – batteries, chargers, controllers and power electronics – are efficiently arranged in a rack. The configuration can be easily customized and expanded to meet customers' growing needs.

The picture above shows Arnold Leitner, CEO, explaining the PowerBloc® to its owner. The system shown here is a two-cabinet PowerBloc with 10kW of solar, 50kWh of energy storage, and 38 kW of inverter power.
(During the demonstration, the front doors of the PowerBloc were removed. There are no dangerous high electric potentials in the front of the system.)

To accelerate sales and take the PowerBloc global, we have designed and patented stackable modules that are uniquely plug-and-play. These modules will make the system easy to ship and even easier to assemble. This innovation also allows rapid deployment of the PowerBloc by disaster relief organizations or the military. We believe the stackable PowerBloc will be a game-changer.

The Problem

Complicated Solar Systems That Depend on the Grid

Today’s residential solar and battery systems are a mix of legacy and new technology that were not designed together and depend on stable grid power to function. All leading solar-battery systems are grid-tied and require utility approval, making incumbent utilities the gatekeepers of the entire solar industry. This is not the blueprint for a paradigm shift, especially in critical international markets where unstable grids cause technical problems for grid-tied systems and where utilities view distributed solar as a threat to their business.

The Electrical Systems in Many Emerging Markets Are Already Overloaded.
The electrical systems in many emerging markets are already overloaded and fairly frequently. Imagine installing a 10kW Level-2 electric vehicle charger in a home connected to the power system in Old Delhi, shown above. It will break the grid. Residential independent primary power systems, such as the PowerBloc, are the answer.

These solar-battery systems have little flexibility and very limited scalability. They are primarily designed for energy arbitrage and use simple algorithms to manage power outages. Installation requires trained personnel with tools and dollies and lift jacks to handle large and heavy batteries.

The solution

A Fully-integrated System that Works Independently of Utilities

The PowerBloc® is a fully-integrated nano-grid using a proprietary and patented power architecture. The PowerBloc is modular and highly scalable. By design, the PowerBloc is the primary electricity supply to a home or business, while the utility just serves as the backupTo be a primary power supply, the PowerBloc’s inverter creates AC power that energizes an independent grid for the house.

PowerBloc Modules Are Easy to Transport. PowerBloc® modules, or “blocs,” in a crate on their way to a customer installation. On-site, the modules are installed into the cabinets by hand. The modular nature of the PowerBloc makes dollies and lift jacks unnecessary.

The PowerBloc can also incorporate and store energy from the grid, a generator, or any other electric power source. All power sources blend seamlessly on the efficient high potential direct current bus that is the core of our patented power architecture. YouSolar sends a real-time hourly solar production forecast to each PowerBloc so that its energy management system can make intelligent decisions optimizing its use of solar energy.

The PowerBloc® Nano-Grid is Highly Scalable.

The picture above shows a four-cabinet PowerBloc with 110kWh of energy storage, 30kW of solar, utility and generator integration. This image is an engineering rendering of modules and cabinets used in customer installations.

For customers with a utility connection, the grid contributes only energy to the PowerBloc but does not connect, directly to the load. Therefore, there are no glitches when the grid goes down, and the PowerBloc operates as an off-grid system wherever there is no grid. It’s as simple as that.

Our Customers Find the PowerBloc's User Interface Intuitive. The Power Flow screen shows how power blends seamlessly on the nano-grid. The image shows a screenshot of the tablet user interface.

YouSolar delivers sustainable and affordable power for the modern world. Customizable and scalable, the PowerBloc is a private power system that meets many needs and can be connected to the grid or off-grid. The PowerBloc can integrate any generator to “extend the range” of the batteries on cloudy winter days.

Due to the modular design of the PowerBloc, customers can start small and expand their system as their needs grow without any design changes. This is particularly important in emerging markets, where power needs change with rising incomes.

Our First Market Is High-End Homes in California

YouSolar has sold and installed six residential PowerBloc®s with customers in California's wine country. We also have two off-grid systems operating in Big Sur and the Sierra Nevada, CA.

Our First Customers Are Owners of High-end Homes in Northern California. These homes are subject to frequent power outages because the local utility can no longer deliver reliable power and because the threat or presence of wildfires requires shutting down the electric service.

Our customers are affluent, self-reliant, and uncompromising homeowners. They are unwilling to tolerate power outages and want a reliable and clean power supply with little or no reliance on utility power. They are building all-electric homes with electric vehicle charging and want to avoid paying tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars for a utility upgrade or new connection.

These Are Modern Homes with Large Electric Loads. Our customers have central air conditioning systems, electric stoves and ranges, pools, electric vehicle charging, and often well pumps which are large electric loads requiring high power.

Learn More About Our Product

The PowerBloc Is a Fully-integrated Solar Nano-grid

YouSolar sells a fully-integrated solar nano-grid that includes everything the customer needs, including advanced solar panel electronics, called a micro-converter.

YouSolar’s Proprietary Advanced Solar Panel Electronics. The YouSolar STEP™ micro-converter steps each solar panel's potential from about 35 to 400 Volts DC. This video explains the STEP micro-converter and shows its application at a vacation home in the Sierra Nevada, CA, backcountry.

The PowerBloc®'s energy management system uses solar and load forecasts to decide when and how fast to charge the batteries, which helps the nano-grid perform at its best. The forecast increases solar utilization for grid-connected systems, while for off-grid systems, it reduces the chance of power loss.

Understanding and using the PowerBloc energy management system is easy. Information and system control are always at the customer’s fingertips on YouSolar's custom tablet interface, which our customers love.

Our Customers Love DIYA™, the Intuitive PowerBloc User Interface. The DIYA interface provides all the information the customer needs and allows the customer to control the system. This video features a demonstration of the application.

Here is a summary of the key features that make the PowerBloc® work:

The Market

Delivering Power to Customers Whose Needs Are Not Met by Utilities

Based on our research, the United States has tens of thousands of upscale residences with property values in excess of USD $1M built in unincorporated areas. Most of these homes rely on their own private water well. These customers lose power due to wildfires, heavy winds, and snow. Analysis commissioned by YouSolar showed that there are over 1,500 such properties in California’s wine country alone. The PowerBloc can deliver constant and high power for an uninterrupted lifestyle and the ability to run a well pump, allowing homeowners to water down the property and put out flying embers during a wildfire.

*Engineering drawing of the functional prototype of the new stackable PowerBloc®

After devastating wildfires caused power outages in our home state of California interest in the PowerBloc surged. This development presented an immediate and large market for YouSolar's technology. But wildfires are not the only natural disasters that result in a failure of utility power systems. Widespread and persistent outages occurred during an ice storm in Texas. Tropical storms and hurricanes are the main reason for power failures in Florida.

Another set of customers are homeowners or businesses who replace gas furnaces with heat pumps or add electric vehicle charging. Power needs can quickly exceed the 100 or 200 Ampere (a) utility service that typically comes with a home. Instead of requesting and paying for a service upgrade, these customers can choose a PowerBloc to boost power to the house to 300, 400 and even 800 A. Lastly, there are customers who are building new homes or businesses and are facing high bills to run utility service to the new location.

We have a constant stream of prospective customers. At present, 50 new customers have received or are awaiting proposals. Our early success in the market has validated our analysis, and we are clearly meeting a need.

The PowerBloc is capable of powering even the largest homes and businesses. We just sold the largest system to date at a price of $180,000. Opportunities are everywhere, and our pipeline is growing.

How We Sell and Deliver the PowerBloc® and Make Money

We have a growing pipeline even with no marketing. Builders and architects of luxury homes and their electricians are currently our prime partners for lead generation. We also have strong interest from operators of critical facilities. Our database of over 1,500 potential customers from in northern California overlaps very well with the location of our first six residential installations.

We Design and Make the PowerBlocThe PowerBloc’s TWIN™ Bi-directional Converter steps up the battery pack’s 50 Volt potential to the 400 Volts of the direct current bus. The photo shows a TWIN during assembly.

At this time, we make the sale ourselves, but we will soon begin working with partners and give them the tools to design, size, and sell our systems. Customers will also be able to purchase the PowerBloc directly through our website.

We partner with solar installers and electricians who install the solar array and connect the PowerBloc to the house. YouSolar technicians install the PowerBloc cabinets. Customers can choose the solar panels, or YouSolar can include the solar array in the proposal.

Commissioning, start-up, and operation of the PowerBloc are automatic. We remotely monitor and troubleshoot all systems.

Monitoring of Customer Systems in the CIRRUS™ Cloud.
YouSolar monitors all PowerBlocs with internet connections remotely.
We are able to update software "over the air", trouble shoot, and control the system remotely.

By developing most power electronics and all controls, firmware, software, and hardware in-house, we have a low-cost structure that allows us to offer a competitive solution with a 40% target margin. The average price of a PowerBloc solar nano-grid, including solar panels, for a modern U.S. single-family home is between $35k to $50k. For high-end homes, system cost is between $125k and $150k.

Our revenue stream derives from initial system sales and battery replacements every ten to fifteen years. We also offer monitoring and service contracts to generate recurring annual income.

Changing the Game

In the PowerBloc®, the power flow and communication of each module, or "bloc," are parallel and independent, allowing YouSolar to deliver the PowerBloc as a stackable, plug-and-play system. After years of research, we have developed a revolutionary stackable module, and a stackable PowerBloc is now a reality.

The Stackable PowerBloc Is Plug-and-Play. We believe It Is a Game-Changer. The photo shows Baxter Smith, Product and Support Specialist with the stackable PowerBloc®.

The stackable PowerBloc assembles in a breeze and is easy to use. It has unprecedented flexibility in system configuration and sizing. Even the order of the modules inside the stack does not matter. But when assembled, interlocking modules create a nearly impenetrable monolith. After a one-button boot-up, the power is on.

The Stackable PowerBloc STACK™, Assembles in Minutes. Arnold Leitner, Founder and CEO, demonstrates how easy it is to assemble the stackable PowerBloc®.

The Vision

Bringing the PowerBloc® to People Everywhere

YouSolar has a big market at our doorstep in California and the rest of the United States. However, people living in emerging markets account for most of the world’s population, and in the next decades 90% of electricity demand will be coming from these countries.

Grid-tied Solar Systems with Net-Metering do not Work in Emerging Markets. One of the solar arrays at the Greenschool in Bali, donated by YouSolar, its investors, and its East Asian partners.

How are we going to generate electricity without killing the climate? Today's industry does not have a solar solution. These countries are untapped markets for solar and the crux to meeting the climate challenge.

Emerging markets have unstable grids or no utility power at all. Of course, few people in these markets need or can afford a $50k or $150k PowerBloc solar nano-grid. But our success here in the U.S. allows us to perfect and lower the cost of the technology that goes into the stackable PowerBloc.

There are few, if any, trained installers, and logistics can be challenging. That is why it is so important to have the stackable and plug-and-play PowerBloc. The stackable PowerBloc is an efficient and practical power solution for these markets. It can be shipped and installed almost everywhere. It can be installed by hand – without dollies or lift jacks – and assembly is plug-and-play. We want the PowerBloc to become the world's trusted and affordable source of clean power everywhere, in a school in Bali, on a farm in Peru, or in a suburb in India.

Flying High Down to Earth | Clean Aviation Is Going to Be Tough

The New York Times recently published an article with a title that may have made the cover of an exuberant 1960s issue of Popular Mechanics, “Could Air Someday Power Your Flight? Airlines Are Betting on It.

It was accompanied by the utopian graphic shown below of a plane emitting flowers.

Image Credit: The New York Times.

The solutions to decarbonize air travel in this article, “including hydrogen-powered aircraft, fully electric planes and synthetic jet fuel made from carbon extracted from the atmosphere” have either limited potential or are grossly unrealistic.

As of now, aviation only accounts for about 2% of CO2 emissions. But that is only because very few people on Earth can afford to fly. Still, the number of planes in the air is expected to increase from 28,000 to 38,000 in the next ten years.

Flying is awesome. But flying may need to be reserved for long distances and routes over water.  France is banning short-haul domestic flights in favor of train travel.

However, short-distance flying with electric planes is realistic and indispensable for island nations.

For everyone else, there is high-speed electric rail, including trains using magnetic levitation. They are fast, leave from downtown, make stops easily, and are much more comfortable than flying.

That technology has been refined to a level of perfection. It is real technology for a real planet.

Power Your Home with Solar, Not Hot Air.

Invest in YouSolar Today.

Backup Power is Great. But Consumers Want Perfect, Uninterrupted Power.

After the recent winter storms in California, a potential customer, named Andy, reached out to us. He already has a 6kW solar array and a backup solution consisting of two Tesla Powerwalls. Andy’s total cost for the combined system, which he purchased in 2021, was $64K, including installation and before tax credits.

Andy was happy to have backup for critical loads during a night-long outage that affected over 5,000 households in his neighborhood in the suburbs of San Francisco.

While the rest of the homes in the street were dark Andy’s lights remained on. He was also able to help out a neighbor who asked him to store a sensitive medicine in Andy’s fridge for the duration of the outage.

The PowerBloc provides uninterrupted, perfect power that is unmatched in the industry.

However, the transition to the backup battery, and then back to grid power, was far from perfect and woke up the family in the middle of the night.

The few seconds of transition between the grid and backup caused the WiFi router to reboot, the clock on the microwave to reset to 12:00, and the dishwasher and washing machine to quit their programs. Then when the grid power came back at 4 am, the electronic dimmers recalibrated and lit up the entire house like stadium floodlights for several seconds, waking up most of the family.

Having backup power during an outage is great, and these nuisances may seem relatively minor as long as power outages are infrequent.

But the more homes electrify and digitize, the more important reliable power of high quality becomes. And then there are large regions of the world where the power goes out several times a day and poor power quality destroys electronic appliances.

Things will not get better as rapid electrification and growth in demand will put increasing strain on grids everywhere.

With the PowerBloc, YouSolar offers a solution that provides perfect power without ever a flicker, at a price that is competitive with mere backup solutions. Our customers love it. The world needs it.

We are currently serving progressive and well-to-do customers who are willing to pay the “innovation premium” for having perfect power.

But as we increase sales, our prices come down. We will also introduce the stackable version of the PowerBloc® that reduces installation costs. The result is a virtuous cycle allowing us to reach ever broader market segments.

Perfect Power. Nothing Less.

Our Early Customers Continue to Get the Best System We Sell.

To our first customers, we have made a commitment: “You bought the first version of our system, but you will get the best system we sell.”

Why? No matter how carefully we designed the first PowerBloc, some things could have been done better, shortcomings were discovered, and improvements had to wait because we needed to get to market.

One example is the significant noise of the fans cooling the bi-directional converter in the TWIN module. The noise of one TWIN was acceptable, but the noise of a system with eight TWINs was not.

TWIN™ Bi-Directional Converters with the new cooling fans ready for installation.

To address the noise, we switched to a different fan that is so silent it is hard to tell if it is running. It also allowed for better cooling of the power electronics – a win-win.

So, what does a company like YouSolar do: just build these fans into new PowerBlocs going forward? No, we returned to all customers and replaced the fans in all their TWIN modules!

There are two obvious reasons for doing so. First, changing the fan made the product better. Second, our early customers trusted YouSolar, a small company without a global brand, with their power needs. And we will not disappoint them.

Perfect Power Requires a Perfect Product.

The End of Magical Thinking | Building Real Products for the Real World

In a recent New York Times article about the crypto collapse, Harvard finance professor Mihir Desai bashes the techno-utopianism and exclusive emphasis on positive outcomes that has infected American capitalism. The result of what Desai calls “Magical Thinking” has led to the latest “tech” bubble that began to deflate in 2022.

At YouSolar, we are not utopians, but we are techno-optimists.

We are in the business of combating climate change, providing resilience, and democratizing access to electricity. We believe strongly that the right technology is the key to solving these problems. But we are not building this company on the “Magical Thinking” that pumped up many companies, only to see their story and share prices deflate.

We focus on only one thing: building the ultimate independent power system.

We are creating the PowerBloc with talent, rigor, and imagination, but we are firmly rooted on the floor of reality. We do not promise the Moon or Mars, only reliable and clean power.

Planet Earth is real. Only real solutions will drive the energy transformation. Data, apps and novel business models can support this transformation, but only investment in “hard tech” will ultimately enable it.

If you are ready for “Realistic Thinking”, we invite you to support our mission by investing in YouSolar.

Get Real. Get going.

YouSolar Sells Vehicle-to-Home Integration | PowerBloc’s Multi-Source Capability

There has been excitement about using batteries in electric vehicles for energy storage for homes for years, but the industry has been slow to offer viable solutions for consumers. Once again, the PowerBloc is changing the game.

YouSolar just sold its first vehicle-to-home integration with a PowerBloc.

YouSolar’s PowerBloc® now comes with vehicle-to-home charging.

There are currently very few vehicles that that can serve power out of their charge port (“bi-directional charging”), and no standard has emerged yet. However, many EVs already have  a 120 V outlet for tailgating or for charging tools. By plugging a simple cable coming from the PowerBloc into this outlet, our customers can turn their vehicle into a backup battery for their home.

Traditionally, those who are conscious about energy resilience have opted for a generator as emergency backup. A generator needs fuel, maintenance and space, and it causes noise and pollution.

With vehicle-to-home charging, our customers now have a clean emergency energy source in their driveway.

When It Rains, It Pours | But There Is Still Solar Power

California has been devastated by wildfires in the past years.

At this time, an “atmospheric river,” a flowing column of vapor in the atmosphere, is delivering huge amounts of rain and snow to California.

The result has been widespread flooding and landslides.

Ahead of the massive weather system, one of our PowerBloc off-grid customers in Big Sur asked that we bring a generator to supplement energy when the sky would be covered.

We had only twelve hours before the storm hit. We arrived at 8 PM and connected the generator to the home’s electrical system.

There was no rain yet, but the surf was agitated, crashing against the rocky shore and shooting white spray into the air, a memory of the storm the day before and a sign of more to come.

Then the sky opened, and a torrent of rain pounded the Central Coast.

From our office, we watched storm after storm hit the coast from weather satellites. We noticed that every band of storm clouds swirling and slamming into the coast was followed by clear skies.

We spoke with the customer a week after we had brought the generator. As it turned out, in the end, the generator was not needed.

With reduced energy consumption, the PowerBloc delivered reliable power to the house while California was hit by a mega storm.

When it rains and then pours, there is still solar power!

Those famous “five days of overcast skies” are not observed in most parts of the world. We recommend our off-grid customers have three days of energy storage to carry them through a storm.

USD 130k PowerBloc Sold to Big Sur Off Grid Home

We proudly announce that YouSolar has closed the sale of another PowerBloc in Big Sur, CA, for $130,000.

The owner of the home walks the talk of sustainability.  The home is off-grid. It sits on a hundred acres of wild canyons and grasslands. The home has 2,500 square feet and was built to the highest energy efficiency standards.

The PowerBloc will not only power the home but also charge electric vehicles, electric all-terrain vehicles, and e-bikes.

Vehicle charging constitutes nearly half the home’s electric energy consumption. The PowerBloc will also feature vehicle-to-home charging, allowing these vehicles to supply power back to the home if needed.

There are an estimated 2,000 homes in Big Sur that are off-grid or have unreliable or insufficient utility power.

The sale includes ten years of remote monitoring.

Because the PowerBloc is the primary power source for the house, the customer was very interested in YouSolar’s remote monitoring, which detects problems before they occur, and includes the weather and solar production forecast.

Welcome Back to Business

The New Year has started, and YouSolar is back from the holidays selling the PowerBloc® solar-battery nanogrid.

We are supercharged for 2023. Our customers love the new and improved PowerBloc we will deliver this year.

It has more cost-effective storage, is more powerful, and is more efficient.

The PowerBloc Base will deliver 25 kilowatts of DC power at 600 V to the inverter for unparalleled power. You can add up to seven (7) more Peak power units for the combined power of 200 kW. Additional Store battery units deliver deep storage.

With this modular power and storage, YouSolar can meet the needs of even the largest residential and many commercial customers.

A view of the Big Sur coast near one of our customers’ homes.

Many of YouSolar’s current customers live in Big Sur, the rugged and spectacular coast in the northern part of Central California.

PowerBloc systems for some of these homes can reach prices of over a quarter million dollars.

Many have struggled with getting enough power and suffered outages. Big Sur’s steep terrain, few and far apart homes, and the brunt of Pacific storms make it difficult for the local utility to provide adequate and reliable power. Our customers love the PowerBloc and our commitment to being a de facto utility provider. We provide a complete warranty and service package so that our customers can live and work in Big Sur without having to worry about their electricity.

Be ready for a big year for YouSolar.

A New Year's Wish: Peace with Earth | A Personal Note by Arnold Leitner, Founder and CEO

For thousands of years, ever since we plowed the valleys of the Nile or Ganges, man has reshaped Earth. Even though man’s success was overwhelming, it was still won in one individual’s battle at a time on the frontier, protecting the herd from wild predators or fields from the river with a dam. The world seemed enormous, and building our civilization was a struggle.

But in the last century, man’s triumph over nature has been absolute.

Somehow we have not stopped. More and more, nature is pushed back into smaller and smaller places. Species are vanishing at alarming rates. The loss of every species is a cosmic catastrophe. Take turtles. Turtles evolved around 230 million years ago. For all we know, Earth is the only place with turtles (or life). Earth is the ark for the entire cosmos. The loss of a turtle species cannot be made up again.

We also don’t accept our impact. Humans find it hard to believe we can change something as big as the atmosphere. The thought that our activities can drive global change in climate and weather seems improbable. But even plants and animals have changed the atmosphere’s composition in Earth’s history. Today man’s activity is driving a climate change that can only be described as atmospheric superheating at hypervelocity.

It is time for peace with Earth.

We have been given the consciousness of the cosmos. We explored the laws of nature, found or created mathematics, composed music, and wrote millions of books. We even transformed ourselves into a species that can live in densely populated cities without going ape on our fellow citizens. We have done it.

We have nothing to prove. But now we must put our hand over a hatchling turtle waddling to the surf. We must set aside large parts of our planet for the other passengers on this cosmic ark. It is time to hug a tree in the rainforest. We must do so not because it may harbor a medical compound in its bark but just because of it being there.

This is what I wish for the New Year: Peace with Earth.

Happy New Year from YouSolar.

Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.

If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.

For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.

Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.

Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors.
