Reasons to Invest
*Market information provided by GameRant (source)
At Robot Cache, we developed a PC video game distribution platform that allows gamers to buy, play and even sell their game and get 25% cash back, a first of its kind according to our research. We believe this is the future of the game industry. Our platform creates an ecosystem in which gamers can purchase PC video game licenses, play PC games with their friends, and earn virtual game currency so they can buy even more games!
The Problem
Before the rise of digital gaming, it was commonplace for consumers to resell old game discs and cartridges to brick-and-mortar retailers after they were done playing them.
The problem is, today, 90% of game sales are digital (source). This makes it impossible to physically drive the gaming disc to your local GameStop. And - before Robot Cache - there was no mechanism for you to do so online, either.
Digital Gaming is the present - and the future. With the increasing rise in digital gaming market share, we believe nobody has provided an adequate solution for an online resale option.
The Solution
Using innovative blockchain technology, we designed a revolutionary digital platform that can maximize revenue for both publishers and gamers. It’s a win-win for all involved.
Robot Cache generates revenue through fees when games are purchased. We also retain a portion of the revenue that gamers earn when they enable their PC to use its computational power to solve complex mathematical calculations. Third, as our user base grows, we also plan to allow our publishing partners to advertise their games on our platform, thereby adding an additional revenue stream.
We also make it easy for publishers to release their games on Robot Cache due to our proprietary technology which enables games to run on our platform with little to no developer work. This allows us to be able to potentially maximize the publisher’s share of the game sale revenue: 95% during the first 90 days released and then up to 86% after. This is a huge win for developers:
The Blockchain Advantage | ![]() |
Robot Cache is built on a ‘proof-of-stake’, energy-efficient blockchain to ensure the security of the games being bought and sold. As a company that built its foundation on transparency and fairness, the immutability of such technology is why so many of our publishing partners on jumping on board. |
When gamers are done playing, they simply list their game for sale with a few clicks. When the next gamer wants to purchase it, we remove the game from the seller’s library, and they get 25% cash back! Easy.
And since digital games don’t get smudges or scratches like DVD’s, there’s no such thing as a ‘used’ game. As a result, the price stays the same for everyone thereby eliminating the ‘race to the bottom’ in price. It’s a win-win for both publishers and gamers!
The Robot Cache platform is an ecosystem built on fairness that promotes more great games to get made and played!
THE market
We’re executing this raise from a position of strength. We believe we have the right team… the right platform… and the right technology and structure to disrupt one of the largest industries in the world. We’re fresh off of our global launch, optimizing our metrics, and we’re more excited than ever to bring our platform to gamers all over the world.
(source)
We believe we are bringing the model of brick-and-mortar game reseller companies into the digital era. According to our research, we are the world’s first PC game store utilizing the blockchain in a way that empowers gamers and developers.
our traction
Our platform has already been completed and we’re proud to announce that we have users in over 160 countries playing games in nine different languages. Not only this, but a growing number of users are earning IRON when they’re not playing games, earning an average of $10-$20 per month or more.
We have partnerships with 70 game publishers, with over 900+ games on our platform. We also have strategic partnerships with key industry players like AMD and Razer.
We’ve also been featured in a number of press publications, including Forbes, VentureBeat, MCV/Develop, and Barron’s.
why invest
As we continue to roll out our platform in more countries, we plan to become the global destination for people to buy and sell games. In the long term, we envision growing into the go-to platform for all digital content by expanding into other forms of digital media such as music and movies, $59.45 billion and $90 billion markets, respectively (source, source).
When you combine these with the $235 billion global gaming market, our technology has a total addressable market (TAM) of $384.45 billion. That’s a big TAM.
With our proprietary technology, veteran team, $29+ million already raised, and enthusiastic partnerships established across the gaming industry, we are ready to provide a win-win distribution solution for publishers and gamers alike.
Play. Sell. Earn.
We’re raising capital from a position of strength. Our first Regulation A+ raise oversubscribed in 36 hours, so this round allows those who couldn’t previously invest to get in on this opportunity.
And it accelerates our potential growth by adding even more top triple A and Indie games to our platform. A-list content equals more gamers… and more content from publishers.
It’s time to level up.

For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.
At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.
Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.
StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.
For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.
For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.
Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements. Investing in private company securities is not suitable for all investors. An investment in private company securities is highly speculative and involves a high degree of risk. It should only be considered a long-term investment. You must be prepared to withstand a total loss of your investment. Private company securities are also highly illiquid, and there is no guarantee that a market will develop for such securities. Each investment also carries its own specific risks, and you should complete your own independent due diligence regarding the investment. This includes obtaining additional information about the company, opinions, financial projections, and legal or other investment advice. Accordingly, investing in private company securities is appropriate only for those investors who can tolerate a high degree of risk and do not require a liquid investment.
StartEngine Marketplace (“SE Marketplace”) is a website operated by StartEngine Primary, LLC (“SE Primary”), a broker-dealer that is registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and the SIPC. StartEngine Bulletin Board ("SE BB") is a bulletin board platform that advertises interest in shares of private companies that previously executed Reg CF or Reg A offerings. SE BB enables shareholders to communicate interest in potential sales of shares in private companies and investors to discover, review, and potentially invest in private companies. As a bulletin board platform, SE BB provides a venue for investors to access information about private company offerings and connect with potential sellers. SE BB is distinct and separate from StartEngine Secondary (“SE Secondary”), which is an SEC-registered Alternative Trading System (ATS) operated by SE Primary. SE Secondary facilitates the trading of securities by matching orders between buyers and sellers and facilitating executions of trades on the platform. While a security may be displayed on the bulletin board, these securities will be subject to certain restrictions which may prevent the ability to buy and sell these securities in a timely manner, if at all. Even if a security is qualified to be displayed on the bulletin board, there is no guarantee an active trading market for the securities will ever develop, or if developed, be maintained. You should assume that you may not be able to liquidate your investment for some time or be able to pledge these shares as collateral.
