Jamar is a FAA Certified Remote Pilot in Command and a creative visionary with demonstrated success in entrepreneurship, innovation and creation, drone operations, and business development. His early career was founded on important financial perspectives as an executive in the financial services industry where he successfully managed teams as large as fifteen employees as a Branch Manager of several banking institutions. He is a natural creator and a leader that finds inspiration in empowering others.  

As a banker at several Fortune 500 institutions as well as owner of Dream Shore Studios, Jamar has honed his business development and corporate communication skills and generated over $10 million in new money and lending and more recently has sourced and managed the production of many cinematic projects that have been featured for high profile commercial real estate brokerages and businesses throughout Southern California. Jamar has an extensive background in B2B sales and relationship management and is an expert negotiator and presenter.

In his roles as Founder and CEO of PromoDrone, Jamar dedicates his time in-full to executing core company strategies and has generated more than $150k in income to launch, grow, and prove PromoDrone’s business model. Jamar co-designed and launched the commercial banner prototype currently in operation, the PD-Hex Frame, which is gaining global traction, PR attention, and licensing contract opportunities. He is an operator and entrepreneur who is just as comfortable behind a spreadsheet as he is on stage pitching his company. He was first drawn to sales working in the home security, telecom, and building products industries in both B2C as well as B2B capacities. Most notably leading a team of 6 that produced just shy of $3MM in revenue in his final year in the building products industry. 

As an entrepreneur Joree founded Primal Peak Productions a media production, branding, and marketing strategy agency that advises small businesses. A product of multiple business accelerators he also advises on lean startup methodologies as well as the adoption of NFT solutions into common business practices. Primal Peak Productions has worked with companies in the outdoor adventure, hospitality, fashion, real estate, and art industries. Joree continues to operate Primal Peak Productions on a part-time contractual basis.

Also an FAA Certified Remote Pilot in Command, Joree started as PromoDrone’s first pilot and has had the pleasure to fly in some of San Diego’s most exclusive locations. With hundreds of hours on the sticks Joree is a pilot that focuses on safety throughout the entire flight process, from initial customer outreach, through pre-flight planning, to on-site logistics. Mid 2020 after a personnel shift, Joree stepped up to lead the company’s marketing efforts. Since then, Joree has organically grown PromoDrone’s community by over 200%, including over 4000% growth in followers on Linkedin, PromoDrone’s most engaged community, since the beginning of 2021.

As the Director of Brand Development at PromoDrone, Joree designs and implements operational systems to ensure streamlined workflows and SOP’s across the organization. Aside from advising on marketing and brand positioning, he has also developed and leads the sales and marketing intern teams which continue to create, analyze, and implement an omni-channel content strategy. He is the liaison between PromoDrone's product, sales, marketing, finance, Board of Directors, and the C-Suite ensuring a high level of internal communication. He has worked closely with Jamar to establish a company culture of motivation, accountability, and open dialogue. Calective maintains an ISO 9001:2015 facility for design, integration, assembly and manufacturing of autonomous drones and waste energy systems in San Diego, California.

In addition to building drones and autonomous systems, my interests are in influencing our value systems by building a system to turn human and food waste into energy, creating tools to analyze conflict and propose solutions by mathematically modeling the quantum nature of human emotion, and building platforms that helps people find work.

The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

PromoDrone will offer 10% additional bonus shares for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.

I'm not very knowledgeable about drone technologies, so these might seem like silly questions: - How high is safety on your priority list? I know if a drone malfunctioned and fell on someone, that would bring instant and irreversible bad publicity to whatever company was advertised on it. - What kind of conditions are you expecting to operate these drones in? Inclement weather? indoors? Outdoor urban evironments? Outdoor events? - Is your targeted data analytics going to be intrusive? Will people feel uncomfortable that they're being analyzed and sent targeted advertisements in public spaces? - Building off some of the earlier questions, are you expecting any kind of backlash from people who might attack the drones in operation?

How many licensees are you projecting to sign-up in the next 12-24 months based on your business plan?

At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.

Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.

StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.

For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.

For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.

Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.

Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements.
