Since 2020, we’ve created a boutique chain of coffee shops that combine quality beverages with stunning interior designs, each tailored to its neighborhood. Unlike robotic, impersonal coffee chains, Poetica fosters warmth and community.

With eight locations and a growing customer base, we're raising funds to expand into new regions, open a coffee roastery for better quality control, and work towards establishing Poetica as a national brand. Our mission is to bring uniquely designed, intimate coffee spaces to every city we serve.

We plan to take control of our supply chain with a dedicated coffee roastery, to focus on higher quality, lower costs, and increased margins. Our future expansion into packaged coffee will allow us to extend the Poetica brand beyond our physical shops.

The U.S. specialty coffee market was valued at $44 billion and is growing at a 9.5% CAGR through 2030 (Grand View Research). Demand for high-quality, independent coffee brands is growing, especially in major metro areas like New York, Washington D.C., and Miami.

From New York to Nationwide: Scaling Poetica Coffee

Poetica Coffee has grown from a single shop to eight locations in NYC, generating $3.66 million in revenue in 2024. We are now planning to expand into 14 new locations across the Northeast. To improve margins and ensure quality control, we are planning to launch our own coffee roastery.
