Wireless Technology Everyone Can Use

At Mica Energies, we believe the era of wall chargers and wired charging is over. If our devices are meant to be mobile, then they shouldn’t have to rely solely on wall charging. Our world is going wireless in every facet, so why shouldn’t the way we charge our devices?

Mica Energies is attempting to innovate Radio Frequency (RF) harvesting technology so consumers can be able to wirelessly charge their mobile devices at any time regardless of their geographical location. Our smart wireless power technology can charge batteries through a unique antenna technology that can be adaptable to all electronics which use rechargeable batteries.

Mica Energies has successfully built a prototype of the Mica RF-Harvesting technology and is pre-revenue.

The Problem

Wired charging is holding back the true potential for mobile devices

Let’s face it, charging your mobile devices is tedious. Wall chargers are easy to misplace, not to mention they take the mobility out of our mobile devices. Even with the advent of magsafe chargers, users still have to put their devices down while they charge.

Unfortunately, despite living in a wireless time, nearly all of our mobile devices require wires for charging. Low battery anxiety dictates the pace at which millions of people live their lives. Rather than focusing on your work or device, many people constantly deal with the worry of a dying battery or a lack of a nearby electrical outlet.

Most modern day consumers are far too busy to be shackled by a wall charger, and consumer electronic companies need to align their products with that need.

The Solution

Harnessing the power of radio frequency to power your devices

We believe Mica Energies is developing a groundbreaking method to charge your electronic devices from a distance. What was once considered science fiction is now our reality. By using a Far-Field Communications (FFC) approach, our technology can extract radio frequencies from multiple existing sources, even cell towers, in order to charge users’ mobile devices.

*The above image is a stock photo. The Mica Chip and other Mica Energies technologies are in the prototype phase and are not currently available on the market.

To achieve this monumental feat, we created the Mica Chip, a high-performance antenna and rectifying circuit. By tapping into the massive amount of ambient energy in our ether, the Mica Chip can pull from multiple energy sources and passively charge a user’s mobile device. Each Mica Chip can contain a miniaturized circuit using the following system design:

*The product described above is a prototype circuit diagram. The Mica Chip and other Mica Energies technologies are in the prototype phase and are not currently available on the market.

We anticipate that the Mica Chip will be able to work on any device that has a rechargeable battery. With our technology, customers will be able to go about their day without having to worry about the battery life of their electronic devices.

*The above video showcases a prototype of the Mica Chip. The Mica Chip and other Mica Energies technologies are in the prototype phase and are not currently available on the market.

Mica Energies plans to fabricate and sell the Mica Chip, potentially licensing the technology to manufacturers (OEMs) who may be able to integrate it into new technology applications such as next-gen cell phone and laptop models.

*The Mica Chip and other Mica Energies technologies are in the prototype phase and are not currently available on the market.

The Market

The Mica Chip can cross multiple industry verticals

What sets Mica Energies apart from our competitors is the scale at which we plan to execute our product. While there are firms that are developing prototype chargers for Near-Field Charging, we endeavor to take this concept to the highest degree. With the Mica Chip, users can potentially be able to benefit from wireless charging no matter their location. We believe it’s technology built for the open world.

In 2022, the sum for the global smartphone, tablet, and laptop markets is well over half a trillion dollars* - and those are just the three most popular mobile devices on the market. Once adopted, we truly believe Mica Energies has the potential to revolutionize consumer electronics.

Our Traction

Prototype developed and patent pending

While we are in the nascent stage as a company, Mica Energies has successfully built a prototype of our Mica RF-Harvesting Chip, which we believe proves our claim that energy can be harvested at a far greater distance compared to comparable companies.

We are also in the process of securing a patent for our technology and charging methods. As we grow and receive more funding, we will be able to harness this technology in a more refined manner.

Why Invest

Mica Energies is charged to do the impossible

We believe Mica Energies isn’t just an investment opportunity, it’s a way to disrupt the status quo. We believe we have the tech, team, and tenacity to elevate consumer electronics in a way few companies ever have.

Join us on our journey to revolutionize charging and invest in Mica Energies today.

MILITARY APPLICATIONS USING PASSIVE WIRELESS CHARGING

MILITARY APPLICATIONS USING PASSIVE WIRELESS CHARGING

Passive RF harvesting without transmitters, using available emf sources to charge devices that require recharging, in the field, air, and ground will one day be an option for the US Military and Government agencies that require stealth in their operations. Mica Energies passive rf harvesting technology could be that solution.

August 4, 1945

The Thing, also known as The Great Seal Bug, was a passive covert listening device, developed in the Soviet Union, and planted in the residence of the US Ambassador in Moscow, hidden inside a wooden carving of the Great Seal of the United States. It is called a passive device as it does not have its own power source. Instead, it is activated by a strong electromagnetic signal from outside.

Unknown to the Americans however, the carving contained an RF radio bug of a novel design, in that it did not have its own power source and was not connected via wires. Instead, the device was illuminated by a strong radio signal from the outside, which powered and activated it. It gave the bug an unlimited life and provided the Soviets with the best possible intelligence.

WHY STARTENGINE?

REWARDSWe want you to succeed and get the most out of your money by offering rewards and memberships!
SECUREYour info is your info. We take pride in keeping it that way!
DIVERSE INVESTMENTSInvest in over 200 start-ups and collectibles!

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.

With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000, are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.

At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.

Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.

StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.

For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.

For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.

Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.

Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements. To learn more about Regulation Crowdfunding, click here, and for Regulation A+, click here.
