OUR HISTORY
Growing up in Texas, brothers Hunter and Griff Jaggard were always avid outdoor enthusiasts, living an active lifestyle that included many hunting, fishing, camping, and tailgating adventures. But preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside was always a pain point in an otherwise enjoyable excursion. Frustrated by the lack of adequate cooking tools and methods to prepare delicious meals for friends and family outdoors, the brothers reimagined what cooking outside could be... and it didn’t take long to turn that commiseration into inspiration for a product that would go on to disrupt the barbecue and grill market.
The brother team set out to develop a solution: the world’s most innovative portable cooker. Leaning on their Texas roots, they pursued a cooktop design based on Discada cooking, which lends itself to many types of cuisine preparations. While working full-time careers in commercial real estate, Hunter and Griff set aside time on nights and weekends to create what would ultimately become a high-tech outdoor portable cooking innovation that would finally provide a versatile option for outdoor cooking. Armed with a plow disc from a tractor and a welding shop for hire, the brothers set out to design an entirely new category of cooking that was portable yet bullet-proof and could out-cook and outlast any gas cooker or grill on the market.
In 2017, after many years of testing, innovation, and product improvement, the brothers made the decision to resign from their 15-year commercial real estate careers and focus on their passion. On that day, FIREDISC® was born.

• RELIABLE: FIREDISC® delivers consistent results. We build a reliable product giving our customers consistent results in the backyard, beach, RV camp, or at tailgate. FIREDISC® has proven effective as an emergency cooking device during hurricane and disaster situations.
• VERSATILITY: The FIREDISC® can grill, blacken, steam, sear, fry, simmer, boil, giving customers the ability to create a wide variety of meals.
• TASTE: FIREDISC® offers a unique “seasoned surface effect” inherent in our products that the competitors don’t offer. The more you cook on the surface the more seasoned the grill gets offering a unique taste platform that improves over time. The FIREDISC® cooking surface compared to smoke & hard to control the open flame, can cook delicious beef, pork, poultry, vegetables, and seafood which can also suit numerous eating styles and diets including paleo, ketogenic, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free to name a few.
• PORTABILITY: FIREDISC® products are meant to travel with easy set-up and takedown. We are competitive in the backyard, as well as outside the backyard because our products are made to go where the customer goes. This is a huge advantage over grills that don’t travel. We can service the RV and Tailgate crowd with our style of cooking as easy as we service the family in the backyard.

Mr. Dunn has held numerous increasing titles of responsibility for Vantex Commercial Property Group, based in Houston, Texas. From 1989 through 2016, as Executive Vice President/Partner, Mr. Dunn has been responsible for numerous projects and operations including the new development and construction of 5 million square feet of distribution / office service center projects throughout Houston and San Antonio. His duties have included the selection of architects and engineers, design consultation, site due diligence, development and review of construction plans and specifications, preparation and distribution of bid documents to contractors, bid reviews, contractor selections, and all phases of construction. In addition, Mr. Dunn supervised and managed all tenant improvement projects as well as their sales activities and the disposition of the leased development projects to buyers. During this period, a net profit of over $40 million dollars was delivered back to the parent company, Vantage Companies located in Dallas, Texas.

The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus
FIREDISC, INC. will offer 10% additional bonus shares for all investments committed by investors eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.
This means eligible StartEngine shareholders will receive a 10% bonus for any shares they purchase in this offering. For example, if you buy 100 shares of Common Stock at $3.66 / share, you will receive 110 shares of Common Stock, meaning you'll own 110 shares for $366. Fractional shares will not be distributed and share bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole share.
This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investor's eligibility period. Investors eligible for this bonus will also have priority if they are on a waitlist to invest and the company surpasses its maximum funding goal. They will have the first opportunity to invest should room in the offering become available if prior investments are canceled or fail.
Investors will receive the highest single bonus they are eligible for among the bonuses based on the amount invested and the time of offering elapsed (if any). Eligible investors will also receive the Owner’s Bonus.

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.
With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000, are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.
At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.
Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.
StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.
For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.
For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.
Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements.
