Last month we announced the signing of Chris Puckett, one of the most respected broadcasters in esports as the Host of The Gamer Hour, and have since launched The Gamer Hour website and social media - - https://www.thegamerhour.com.
In the past few weeks alone, we have had over 100 professional athletes presented to us who are avid gamers and want to be on the show. We are carefully selecting each guest and adding guests to the Celebrity page https://www.thegamerhour.com/celebrity-guests frequently. These guests collectively bring millions of social media followers to The Gamer Hour when they share their plans to be on the show and appear.
While we have accounts now with over 30 distribution networks, we are also in talks with some of the largest media companies in America to carry our programming as well.
Follow-on programming is also in the works that will include many of the athletes we are forming relationships with today.
Filming of The Gamer Hour is scheduled to begin at the end of September with the first show to be edited and broadcast the first week of October 2020. The show will be filmed in Reuters NYC, Times Square studio, produced by Esportz Network and Reuters Broadcast Solutions - https://prn.to/3i5byib

Esportz Network just announced the airing of a new show, The Gamer Hour, joined by broadcaster Chris Puckett. He will play the central role as the show’s host, aiding in the success of The Gamer Hour.
Chris Puckett made his name early on with his bright personality and now takes the next step as a show host. He’ll become the face of The Gamer Hour, in which he speaks with mainstream celebrities about their gaming experiences. Through his on-air talent and other responsibilities, his role will take the entertainment industry to new heights.
Chris Puckett has been an esports broadcaster, player, producer, tournament lead, and commentator since 2002. Starting out as a professional player in the early competitive scenes of Halo and Call of Duty, he quickly became one of esports’ top personalities. Most recently, Puckett could be seen casting for the PAX Arena VALORANT Invitational, part of Riot Games’ Ignition Series.
Puckett was the host for Activision Blizzard’s Overwatch League before announcing his intent to move to New York and become a freelancer in 2020. Since Overwatch League’s inaugural season in 2018, his two years as a primary host helped pave his way to success.
“Inspired by the history of late-night shows, we’re excited to be working with Chris Puckett, a highly-respected broadcaster in esports, to take gaming programming to a whole different level,” said Mark Thimmig, Chairman and CEO Esportz Network. “With this show, Chris will join the ranks of other popular late-night TV hosts. We look to go where no gaming show has gone before. With access to 32 media distribution platforms, we expect a wide global distribution.”

Inspired by other popular late-night talk shows, Esportz Network’s The Gamer Hour will be a 30-minute weekly show featuring the world’s top celebrities. Show guests will speak about their interest in gaming while balancing life as a celebrity, among other topics. By bringing on celebrities like sports athletes, top musicians, actors, and actresses to talk about gaming, the show will appeal to both gamers and non-gamers.
The Gamer Hour will be filmed in New York City Times Square at the Reuters studio and produced by Reuters Broadcast Solutions. Fondly known as “the Crossroads of the World”, Times Square backdrop is one of many reasons fans will love the show.
“This will be the most exciting half-hour in gaming programming,” Mark Thimmig said. “We are launching a new kind of show where gamers and esports fans will have a chance to hear from notable celebrities about their favorite games and gaming experiences along with expert reviews and other important news around the gaming industry.”
Chris Puckett is expected to do great things given his nearly-20 years of esports industry experience. Combined with a talented production team for The Gamer Hour, this show promises an exciting way for viewers to appreciate esports and gaming. Fans can follow Puckett on his official Twitter and Instagram to keep updated with his hosting journey.
Anyone interested in sponsoring The Gamer Hour or appearing as a show guest can reach out to Esportz Network at info@esportznetwork.com.
This is a HUGE Announcement for Esportz Network and Chris Puckett!

𝗧𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 (𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻) 𝗶𝗻 𝗤𝟮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟱𝗕+ 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱. —More people are playing and watching video games than ever before. Amazon's Twitch recorded a remarkable 5.1B hours watched, a 60%+ increase over their record set in the previous quarter.
While we don’t expect to see this extraordinary level growth sustained, we see esports and game streaming as a long-term growth story with continued benefits post COVID 19: new gamers and viewers, higher engagement levels, M&A interest from a variety of investors, greater social appreciation, and many more aspects that give us greater optimism for gaming and esports through 2020 and well beyond.
The New Normal
Pre, During, After COVID 19, esports and gaming have been and will continue a high growth trajectory.
Esportz Network has also gained trajectory in all 3 phases, now a Google Page 1 "esports news" source and a leading influencer in esports podcasting.
Filming in Reuters Iconic NYC Times Square Studio, The “Gamer Hour” begins in September with global distribution.

The past few months have been epic in the growth of all things esports. While there have been companies that have experienced significant financial losses due to the closure of gaming arenas and retail locations, we have not invested in these areas and therefore, have not been adversely impacted.
In fact, our esportz minute Podcast and our longer esportz network podcast with in-depth interviews continue to grow rapidly and rank amongst the most popular on many podcast channels when searching for esports news. We are making a lot of friends!
Our EsportzNetwork.com website has also grown in popularity and is consistently a Google page 2 listing when searching for esports news. Along with coverage of significant industry developments, we have expanded our game coverage to include 10 popular games; Overwatch, CS:GO, Dota2, League of Legends, SuperSmash Brothers, Fortnite, Valorant, Call of Duty, Rocket League, and Rainbow Six: Siege.
We post our articles daily on EsportzNetwork.com, Reuters, and Medium, giving us a very wide global distribution. With 90 esports reporters around the world, we have no shortage of great story ideas pitched to us each day to consider.
Coming soon will be information about our plans for new programming and a major studio deal that provides us with broadcast production studios in New York City, London, and Hong Kong. These new locations are in addition to the studio arrangement we already have in Orange Couty, California.
We sincerely appreciate the continued support we have received from our shareholders!

While we are very aware of the tremendous hardship that Covid19 has inflicted on people in the USA and around the world, we are glad that many people were able to turn to esports and online gaming for some entertainment and stress relief.
Gamers, in particular, are well-practiced and prepared for long periods of self-isolation.
As a media and entertainment company, we continue to do very well in these times. We have no exposure in the areas of esports hit hardest including, teams, arenas, and events. Our news reporting has never been in more demand than in these times of uncertainty.
Our Google ranking across each of our web properties has consistently improved. www.EsportzNetowrk.com, www.esportsimg.com, esportsnetworkpodcast.com, www.esportstopstories.com, and, www.esportsmediatraining.com
We see a great many opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaboration on a regular basis. There is no shortage of companies that welcome the valuable media coverage we can provide, covering their latest developments. We are making a lot of friends!

Cosplay is one of the most exciting areas of esports with incredible characters to be modeled across many of the most prominent and popular games.
At Esportz Entertainment Corp. / Esportz Network we believe that supporting the most professional cosplayers around the world is a great way to also support what fans love about esports.
To that end, we have begun building a licensed and bonded Talent Agency dedicated to cosplayers from around the world. As of this date, over 50 cosplayers have been approved to be posted on our EsportzNetwork.com website with 33 having fully completed their application and posted all the necessary information and photos needed to go live.
We hope to have as many as 100 or more on the website by the end of March 2020, at which time our efforts will turn to identify engagements for these cosplayers around the world. We expect to place cosplayers in a wide range of conventions, gaming events, auto shows, product launches, and other corporate functions. Our business model now includes revenues from our activities as a Talent Agency in support of cosplayers and other esports influencers.
Please visit EsportzNetwork.com to see all the incredible cosplayers.

This past week, in a further step to implement our business plan, we launched a new website, www.EsportzIMG.com dedicated to providing exceptional esports photos, and in 2020, esports video clips.
Presently, there is very little esports photography, most of it has been used over and over again and is low impact.
Our new stock photo website is also a perfect repository for the esports industry coverage that our growing freelance reporters, photographers, and videographers are already contributing to EsportzNetwork.com and Reuters. We expect to add as many as 500+ photos to EsportzIMG.com by the end of the first quarter of 2020 and exceed 1,000 photos by the end of the second quarter. Videos will also be added by the end of the first quarter of 2020.
Target paying subscribers for EsportzIMG.com are advertising agencies, website builders, social media managers, and freelancers from around the world who are creating esports related content and want fresh, exciting photography to enhance their work and reach their customers.
I encourage you to visit the EsportzIMG.com website to have a look for yourself and appreciate any referrals to prospective customers or freelance esports photographers.
We sincerely appreciate our shareholders continued support and look forward to bringing you additional announcements in the coming weeks.

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.
With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000, are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, he/she is limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.
At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.
Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.
StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.
For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.
For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.
Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements. To learn more about Regulation Crowdfunding, click here, and for Regulation A+, click here.
