INVEST IN CYBERLANDR TODAY!

Where will you take life?

CyberLandr transforms Tesla Cybertruck into the ultimate lifestyle vehicle by fitting a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and office Into the Cybertruck’s bed while disappearing under the tonneau cover when not in use. With CyberLandr you are prepared for nearly any adventure—urban or wilderness. CyberLandr is not an RV in the traditional sense, but rather a Lifestyle Vehicle in that it is equally adept at urban and wilderness adventures. For example, it works as well for urban adventures like children’s sporting tournaments and tailgate parties as it does for camping in areas most RVs can’t reach.

This Reg CF offering is made available through StartEngine Capital, LLC. This investment is speculative, illiquid, and involves a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment.

Reasons to Invest

  • The North American recreational vehicle (RV) market is expected to grow from $26.7 billion in 2020 and  $35.7 billion by 2026.*

  • As of August 2021, Tesla has an estimated 1.2 million preorders for the Cybertruck. Many of these buyers will want a more aerodynamic RV to maximize range**

  • CyberLandr already has over 2,000 pre-orders (with deposits of $100 to $5,000 each) valued at over $100 Million

OVERVIEW

Electric Pickups Require Different RVs

*Image is computer generated. Product is still currently under development.

As the world transitions to sustainable transportation and pickups become electric, we will need new RVs that are more aerodynamic because today’s RVs can reduce range by 40% or more. (Source)

When not in use, CyberLandr disappears by fitting under the Tesla Cybertruck’s tonneau cover resulting in zero aerodynamic drag and only a minimal effect on range due to its relatively light weight.

CyberLandr automatically deploys (and stores) with just a tap on the smartphone app.

And in two minutes it redefines what a vehicle can be.

*Image is computer generated. Product is still currently under development.

THE PROBLEM

RVs are dated and usually cheap

For decades most RVs have been in a race to the bottom on price and quality. The result is bulky, uninspiring designs that require frequent maintenance, and their poor aerodynamics lowers range and increases the cost of traveling. With these problems in mind, our team created a software-defined lifestyle vehicle to parallel the digital age in which we live.

THE SOLUTION

The Ultimate Wilderness and Urban Adventure Vehicle

*Image is computer generated. Product is still currently under development.

Unlike other RVs, entering a CyberLandr will not feel like you time travelled back 50 years. You will be able to stream Bluetooth audio from your smartphone to the surround sound speakers, stream 4k video over Starlink to the smart tv (with integrated Netflix, Prime, Disney+, AppleTV, and more), and control the lights and faucet via an app or voice commands.

CyberLandr makes it possible to have comfy “at-home” living amenities with you wherever you go and whenever you need them. Its advanced composite panels make it light and strong. It also features a radiant heated floor, a recirculating shower, an invisible induction cooktop, a dry flush toilet (so there is no black water tank or cassette to clean), 360º video surveillance, free standing chairs that convert to a bed, and much more. By disappearing into the bed of the Cybertruck, you no longer have to avoid your favorite drive-thru or parking garage due to height restrictions, and no more unwanted attention when CyberLandr is not deployed.

*Images are computer generated. Product is still currently under development.

When installed, CyberLandr will be able to be deployed by an app on your phone, upon its activation CyberLandr will automatically expand upward. When fully deployed, CyberLandr will have a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with a dry flush toilet and shower, and chairs that turn into an RV queen size bed.

We will make money by retailing CyberLandr for $49,995, however, we are already generating revenue through our merchandise store on our website.

OUR TRACTION

The world is as excited as we are

*Images are computer generated. Product is still currently under development.

Currently, we have more than 2,000 preorders with deposits of $100 to $5,000 dollars representing retail sales of more than $100 million. Moreover, we are currently going through multiple stages of prototype development and are currently working on our third and fourth prototypes and we are working with Munro & Associates to implement lean manufacturing. Also, CyberLandr has captured the imaginations of so many people that we have received press coverage from many top media outlets such as Mashable, MotorTrend, Business Insider, and Motor1.

THE MARKET

An industry in desperate need of innovation

*Images are computer generated. Product is still currently under development.

(Source)

The RV market is expected to grow rapidly from $26.7B in 2020 to $35.7B by 2026. (Source)

Very little has been done to add any smart technology to recreational  vehicles despite the advancements we have seen in the last decade. Although the automotive industry is experiencing a digital revolution, most RVs are lacking innovation. By contrast, CyberLandr plans to lead a technological disruption by integrating software and hardware—so you can focus on your adventure.

*Images are computer generated. Product is still currently under development.

Our secret sauce is a combination of innovative design, excellent aerodynamics, advanced technology, innovative materials, and efficient manufacturing techniques. From its ability to disappear, to the recirculating shower, Starlink capability, dry flush toilet, solar panels, heated floors, voice activation and many other features, CyberLandr will truly be a smart mobile tiny home that is always ready to go virtually anywhere. Let the adventures begin!

WHY INVEST

The next step in the evolution of the RV

*Images are computer generated. Product is still currently under development.

g

The combination of the RV industry in need of innovation and the electrification of transportation creates an ideal opportunity for our technology, design approach, and innovative use of materials for CyberLandr to usher in a new era of sustainable RVs.

Rocket Science and the CyberLandr Community

One of the most gratifying things about creating CyberLandr™ has been getting to know the amazing people that are attracted to it. While some products appeal to very narrow groups of people, we have been delighted to see the amazing diversity of people, ages, and interests that plan to use CyberLandr to enhance their lifestyles.

Many customers have commented that "CyberLandr is like a space capsule" in that it contains all the necessities to allow people to explore distant places while also supporting their local activities.

It should come as no surprise then that among our customers and enthusiasts we have actual "rocket scientists." Among those is Gregg Vane, Senior Executive Strategist for Solar System Exploration at the Caltech NASA Jet Propulsion Lab - retired. Gregg contacted us early on and volunteered to help. One of his earliest recommendations was to adopt NASA's Technology Readiness Level (TRL) system so that everyone involved can have a mutual understanding of the readiness of each part and system. This nine point scale begins with "sketches on a napkin" and ends with a "flight proven" solution.

Recently Gregg and another systems engineer with experience with Mars missions volunteered to come to our reesearch an development facility at their own expense to review our progress and allow our engineering team to benefit from their many years of experience with mission critical projects. I believe they were impressed with how far we have come, and provided great insights on how to get to the "finish line," including some very practical ideas on how to physically test various systems based on their decades of experience with successful space flights.

We are grateful for the insights of these two space program engineers as well as the input we have received from hundreds of other customers that will make CyberLandr even better—and transform CyberLandr from a product into a community.

CyberLandr Closing Soon on StartEngine

Invest Now

CyberLandr's mission is to help accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation and recreation. The range of electric pickup trucks is reduced by up to 50% when hauling or towing traditional RVs due to their poor aerodynamics and bulk. CyberLandr addresses this by disappearing within Cybertruck's bed when not in use, resulting in zero additional aerodynamic drag for an estimated 5% reduction in range due to the extra weight.

Now is your last chance to be an early investor in this revolutionary RV that already has over $125 millioin in pre-orders.

With Only a Few Days Left to Invest, a Note About Engineering

We haven't spoken much about our engineering team because they are busy working and we want the product to speak for itself once it ships to customers.

But since some people have wondered we thought we would provide more detail. Almost our entire team is engineers—mechanical, software, hardware, electronics, AI, cloud, DevOps, and cyber security. Some of our engineers have even worked for Tesla and Apple. In fact, there are only two people on our team who aren’t engineers: our social media expert, and the CEO (who invented CyberLandr and, much like Elon, is deep into all the details of each of those engineering teams).

We also have incredible engineers in our customer advisory group who have worked at amazing places like NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and who volunteer their time and pay their own expenses to review our system designs.

We also work with third parties like Munro & Associates to benefit from their team’s incredible experience and to ensure efficient manufacturing. We also plan to have Underwriters Laboratory validate the durability of critical components. To our knowledge, no other RV in history has received this much engineering effort.

Our crowdfunding campaign ends in days so don't miss this chance to invest early in this revolutionary RV.

CyberLandr Appeals to Users of All Ages—Even the Sought After 25-34 Demographic

While the perception has been that RVs appeal mostly to an older, often retired demographic the more recent trend has been to a younger audience. According to the RV Institution of Ameria (RVIA) the average age of an RV buyer has been trending younger and is now 55 years old.

While we have customers across all age categories, our reaseach has shown CyberLandr is particularly appealing in the desirable 25-34 age group. Appealing to younger buyers provides a company with the potential for a longer term relationship that is mutually beneficial.

We are working hard to make sure  CyberLandr thrills users of all ages and empowers them to have the lifestyle they dream of.

Dr. Know It All's Deep Dive on the CyberLandr Kitchen

YouTuber Dr. Know It All stopped by the CyberLandr R&D facility while he was in Austin, TX for the grand opening of the Giga Texas and the new Tesla corporate office.

The RV Like No Other Has a Kitchen Like No Other (CyberLandr Kitchen Unveiled)

Kitchens in RVs have rarely been a source of joy or inspiration…until now. CyberLandr’s kitchen comes complete with what some people have called the “impossible” invisible induction cooktop, this cooktop allows you to cook through the countertop while keeping the countertop cool enough to touch. The touch-sensitive cooktop controls are integrated into the countertop. This design provides more unobstructed countertop space than is found in many much-larger trailers and motorhomes. To see it in action, click this link or the embedded video below.

Additionally, it provides the beauty of marble with the easy cleaning and maintenance of porcelain. And since it is all electric, you will never have to run around town to find a heavy and expensive propane tank. The cabinet is made of the same premium HDPE as expensive outdoor kitchen cabinets which can endure many years exposed to the elements without fading, peeling, cracking, delaminating, or requiring refinishing. An included compressor fridge ensures food and beverages stay cold even on hot days. Even the sink and faucet are designed to provide joy instead of frustration. The sink is a tri-level workstation with wash basin, colander, drying rack, and cutting board. And the faucet can be controlled by touch, touchless sensor, or voice. Innovative design and premium materials come together beautifully to improve your lifestyle in CyberLandr.

Tesla Confirms Cybertruck for 2023!

Tesla committed to producing Cybertruck in 2023 during the grand opening of its new Giga Texas manufacturing facility and corporate office in Austin, TX.

No other vehicle in history has created so much buzz, consternation, or pre-orders (reportedly in excess of 1.3 million). The Cybertruck stretches the boundaries of what a truck/car can be. For example, it is simultaneously more efficient than a hybrid economy car, quicker than most sports cars, will have a smoother ride than many luxury cars, while also being more capable off-road than many dedicated off-roaders—all at what is expected to be a competitive price point. This is inspiring us and many other companies to develop accessories for Cybertruck. We believe Cybertruck will ultimately be seen more as a platform than as a truck, which is a good thing for the evolution of the industry.

Highly respected

Franz von Holzhausen, Cybertruck's designer, declared all other trucks "pale in comparison," and Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO said "I think this will be our magnum opus."

The following link will take you to the part of the show dedicated to Cybertruck (44 minute mark).

https://youtu.be/fiwUE_2JhvY?t=2641

CyberLandr has been designed from the ground up to be the first RV worthy of Cybertruck by maximizing its capability while minimizing the compromises.

Hi, Lance! I'm a reservation holder for one of the early production units of Cyberlandr, and am now also an investor in this project. The prospect of turning a future Cybertruck into an advanced technology, stealthy, self sustaining, energy efficient recreational vehicle, capable of going virtually anywhere someone might want to go, on road and off, is revolutionary in the RV industry. I know that Elon Musk has seen your CGI concept renderings, and remarked, "Cool!", so I'm hoping that some level of coordination can develop between the two organizations to help optimize CL's design. I believe that Cyberlandr is a product that will make Cybertruck an even more desirable and successful product than it already promises to be. BTW, is there any chance that investors will have an opportunity to visit your Austin facility to meet you and members of the team in person at some point?

Hello-I've scoured forums and get a very important question answered. What happens if, when driving down the road and someone rear ends my cyber truck, smashing it and damaging the cyberlandr? Will my auto insurance cover damages to the cyberlandr and if not, who will? Any info on this would be very helpful. It's been the only thing holding me back from investing in it. Thanks, Doug

I am very impressed very much when people think outside the box. Your team has really excelled and if you ever need a person to test the vehicle, I would love to. I will give you a thorough opinion and enjoy testing all aspects of the vehicle and living quarters. My son is an advocate for solar energy and has even converted his house just by watch and learning what ever he could on the internet. I am sure he would enjoy giving your team an honest evaluaion and opinion from a solar stand point. So please consider my offer. I would feel honored to be part of this amazing look at the future. Thank you. Jan Rutkowski Citrus Springs, Fl

Thanks for the detail on the engineering team. Just want to clarify a few things: How exactly are you defining the "team"? Stream It, Inc., the entity taking the investment, lists only 9 employees on LinkedIn - none of which have Tesla or Apple listed on their backgrounds from what I can see. So which folks are you referring to when you mention those names? Or perhaps you have hired new employees that aren't on LinkedIn? And the lead engineer is something like three years out of college, is that correct? Do you feel that's enough experience to take on a project of this magnitude? Also wanted to comment on this statement: "To our knowledge, no other RV in history has received this much engineering effort." You should probably think through that one a little further. I bet some of the folks at Airstream, Jayco, etc. would beg to differ... go lookup how many patents Airstream holds for various things on their trailers.

Lance, Yes cybertruck May indeed go into production next year but at a low rate of production of which few will purchase upgrades like this. It will be about 2-3 years before you really start seeing sales. “I think most investors would be thrilled with any investment that achieved 5x or 10x in less than a decade.” Your quote from your reply. Yes but that won’t occur with this investment or will be very low likelihood due to dilution. You will continue to need money and raise. That will dilute the stock and lower the possible returns. When you factor in that it significantly lowers the chance of seeing significant return. Startengine is just one of the platforms I use and I’ve been in crowdinvesting like this for 6 years and developed a calculator for returns. Your valuation is way to high to get the kind of return associated with the risk of this investment. This isn’t just like buying stock. There is no guarantee that we will ever get the stock. We can’t sell at anytime, meaning we have to wait for an event to occur. There will be numerous rounds of dilution. Pairing this with cybertruck not only not being production and we don’t even know if it will flop. Cybertruck is not the same as a model S which has classic lines and appeal. If your valuation provided a pre dilution 100x chance of return then this would have been a go for me.

Valuation doesn’t leave much room for returns. 400 million with a 35 billion market is less than 100x for 100% market share. Looks like a great project but the valuation makes this way too risky of an investment especially since cybertruck isn’t out yet.

This offering went live and quickly raised $500k - but in the last ~2 months since since hitting that milestone there has only been another ~$61k (~$561k raised as of 4.10.22). The offering has already been extended once by 60 days (a "material change in offering") - so with investment slowed to a trickle and 19 days left in the campaign, it seems pretty clear that enough money won't be raised to even get this project off the ground. Keep in mind the offering statement says 7-13% of funds raised will go the intermediary (i.e. StartEngine) Lance is drawing a $10k/mo salary, and there is presumably A LOT being spent on online ads (Facebook etc.). So net/net there isn't much cash at all to actually advance the CyberLandr. What are your plans forward if at the end of the campaign you don't have anywhere near enough money to even develop a fully functioning prototype (and don't point to that box that goes up and down - I mean a "real" CyberLandr)? Will you refund everyone's fully refundable deposits that you've collected? STILL OUTSTANDING QUESTIONS 1) Are you holding all deposits received from customers in restricted cash? For the avoidance of doubt, do you still have 100% of the refundable customer deposits taken held in cash in your accounts? 2) Are all patents and trademarks related to the CyberLandr project/product in the name of the entity taking the investment (Stream It, Inc.)? We know the trademark for Cyberlandr is in Lance's name personally. Please list all patent/trademark numbers with their legal owner. 3) Is the warehouse space shown in the photo above (the "new R&D center") actually secured in a lease by Stream It, Inc.? What are the terms of the lease? 4) How do you plan to bifurcate the IT business of Stream It, Inc. from the CyberLandr business? You mentioned that your SEC filed financials are for 2020 and 2019, prior to the launch of CyberLandr - and the business is both running at a loss and incurring increasing debt. How can investors be assured that money invested in Stream It, Inc. for the development of CyberLandr won't also be used to cover the losses of the underlying IT business? 5) How much has been spent on advertising this investment? Facebook, etc. 6) When will you be posting updated pictures of the "new R&D center"? The posting above (from ~2 months ago) of the empty warehouse states that it is the "before" picture and the "after" pictures will be posted in a few weeks. When can investors expect to see the current state?

At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.

Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.

StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market, or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.

For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.

For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.

Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.

Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements.
