"Now is a great time to be a health and wellness brand. Niveau Smart Energy is disrupting the energy drink market with an approach that is focused on health and social consciousness.


Initially we launched a product that would provide people with nonalcoholic options in their social lives at restaurants, bars and clubs. Non-drinkers would have an option to make them feel healthy and included among their (perhaps partying) peers.


Our idea has since evolved into what we believe is the most versatile energy product on the market. There is no right or wrong way to drink Niveau Smart Energy. Drink it straight, over ice, or mixed in any beverage. As consumers are increasingly aware of the health problems associated with energy drinks, a Californian brand has spotted an opportunity for alternative energy products as mixers with juice, smoothies or cocktails.

Offering Summary

Niveau Brands, Inc.  (the “Company”) is offering up to One Hundred Thousand (100,000) shares of its Common Stock on a “best efforts” basis.  The offering may continue until the earlier of May 24, 2017 (which date may be extended at our option) or the date when all the shares have been sold. The shares will be priced at One Dollar ($1.00) per share for the first ten (10) days of this offering, and thereafter at One Dollar Twenty Five Cents $1.25) per share.

Our target offering amount is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). We will accept investments in excess of the target amount. Specifically, if we reach the target offering amount of $10,000, we may conduct the first of multiple closings of the offering early if we provide notice about the new offering deadline at least five (5) business days prior to such new offering deadline (absent a material change that would require an extension of the offering and reconfirmation of the investment commitment). Oversubscriptions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Generally, the aggregate purchase price of the shares you buy in this offering may not exceed ten percent (10%) of your annual income or net worth. Different rules apply to accredited investors and non-natural persons. We encourage you to review Rule 227 of

We’ve heard from many members, and fans that are interested in investing but are not able to meet the May 24th deadline. Whether you’re still deciding what to do with your income tax return, waiting to try the product, or just need more information on the company, you now have more time.


For those who have already invested, thank you and congratulations. We are excited for the next few months. Historically the hot summer months are the best time for beverages and we plan to capitalize.  


Some of the exciting happenings we have on the horizon include but are not limited to, finalizing 3 partnerships that will be great for our brand awareness. We are working on a signature summer mocktail to be served at Hermanos Coffee in Los Angeles locations. (http://hermanoscoffee.com ) We are also gearing up for ClubSport San Jose. We recently received approval from their VP to feature Smart Energy in 2 of its locations. (https://www.clubsports.com/san-jose) Lastly, this week we met with Food and Beverage director of a boutique hotel, with two locations in Los Angeles CA. We are working on a deal that will place our product inside the rooms of this chic hotel, that is in alignment with our brand.
