The journey started with the co-founders’ personal experience


As adult daughters to aging parents and grandparents, we, the founders, experienced how hard it is to navigate the aging landscape, which can be emotionally and financially taxing. Yet, despite the necessity of procuring the proper help, we noticed the glaring lack of information available. We believe that with appropriate education, and user-friendly tools, we can offer everyone personalized aging choices and help senior care providers bridge the gap between their services and consumers.


THE problem


The process of finding senior care is fragmented and daunting


Despite living in a digital era where most of the world’s knowledge is a mere internet search away, we believe there is a lack of unbiased education-based aging content. After collecting data from thousands of consumers engaging with our products, we validated that people need answers to their aging questions. Specifically, a technology designed to help older adults and their families learn and get matched to the suitable aging options.


Navigating the aging landscape is challenging. Most consumers don’t know where to begin when needing aging services. They are looking for a “roadmap” of what is next. Most end up with placement services because of that lack of education and the urgency of need,  possibly leading to inappropriate and costly decisions. Or worse, having decisions made for them. Most consumers prefer to drive their own experience,  do their research online, and make better, more informed decisions. We believe this void of information and self-service shouldn’t exist. 



In our opinion, traditional marketing does not work for providers of senior living and services as it did pre-pandemic. These aging service providers must improve their online presence and reputation and fortify their digital marketing efforts to improve customer acquisition. In addition, the industry needs to lean in and leverage data to provide more personalized experiences for its customers.

LifestyleCX has three business segments. AgingChoicesPRO, AgingChoices.com, and AgingAnswers. Together they solve the problem of consumers finding proper senior care and senior care providers connecting to consumers well suited for their services.


AgingChoicesPro gives senior care providers acquisition tools to augment the sales experience and optimizes their sales funnel. Our product engages customers, collects valuable data for marketing insights, and helps providers understand the needs of their clients, streamlining the sales process.



AgingChoices.com educates and matches consumers with senior care options using our Choice! Wizard® engine. Website visitors simply fill out our quick and easy survey, and our matching algorithm matches them to seniors housing and home care in their local area. 



AgingAnswers.com, our most recent product, is the ultimate education supplement, which has on-demand video courses to help consumers make well-informed decisions. Sample topics include assisted living, home care, estate planning, moving, and downsizing. This same content is valuable to care providers, employers, and sponsors.

The LifestyleCX product suite has evolved to meet the needs of senior care providers and consumers alike. The growing needs of the aging population, the competitive landscape of senior care options, and the impact of the pandemic have all influenced the development of our products and tools.


Our revenue increased 190% from 2020 to 2021. We secured partnerships with industry leaders such as Maplewood Senior Living, LCB Senior Living, and Juniper Communities. In addition, we work with Real Estate Investment Trusts like Columbia Pacific Advisors to help with customer acquisitions. These partners are currently using our software, further establishing our place in the market.



We have a pending patent on our Choice! Wizard matching technology. Our case studies show outstanding results from working closely with our customers to measure move-ins (source & source). The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

Lifestylecx will offer 10% additional bonus shares for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.

This means eligible StartEngine shareholders will receive a 10% bonus for any shares they purchase in this offering. For example, if you buy 100 shares of Non Voting Common Stock at $1.20 / share, you will receive 110 shares of Non Voting Common Stock, meaning you'll own 110 shares for $120. Fractional shares will not be distributed and share bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole share.

This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investors' eligibility period. Investors eligible for this bonus will also have priority if they are on a waitlist to invest and the company surpasses its maximum funding goal. They will have the first opportunity to invest should room in the offering become available if prior investments are canceled or fail.

Investors will receive the highest single bonus they are eligible for among the bonuses based on the amount invested and time of offering elapsed (if any). Eligible investors will also receive the Owner’s Bonus in addition to the aforementioned bonus.
