Our Revenue Streams 

The average gift contribution is $20.18 with the average annual revenue per customer being around $42.63. The current average gross margin is 6% with plans to double that in 2021-2022.

GiftCrowd has 3 revenue streams that will reach together 12-15% gross margins:


1. Whenever GiftCrowd gift recipients redeem their gift balance into gift cards,

GiftCrowd earns 6-16% commission from the respective vendor


2. GiftCrowd will get 5-15% affiliate commission from its vendor partners


3. GiftCrowd will allow gift participants to print their personal greeting professionally in Walgreens, granting GiftCrowd a commission for every print

The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus

GiftWith, Inc. (dba GiftCrowd) will offer 10% additional bonus shares for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.

This means eligible StartEngine shareholders will receive a 10% bonus for any Class B Common Stock at $1 / share, you will receive 110 shares of Class B Common Stock, meaning you'll own 110 shares for $100. Fractional shares will not be distributed and share bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole share.

This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investors eligibility period. Investors eligible for this bonus will also have priority if they are on a waitlist to invest and the company surpasses its maximum funding goal. They will have the first opportunity to invest should room in the offering become available if prior investments are cancelled or fail.

Investors will only receive a single bonus, which will be the highest bonus rate they are eligible for.

At GiftCrowd we are fascinated time and again by the creativity of our users and the new ways they find to use GiftCrowd. Over the last couple of months, we have noticed a growing number of gifts that bring together gift participants from different countries to gift colleagues at multi-national corporations. 


A couple of fun facts:

- The highest number of nationalities that participated in a single gift was 7

- We had gift participants from every continent other than Antarctica

- The longest distance between participants of the same gift was 9,927 miles (15,797 km) 

GiftCrowd 2.0 is coming up

The largest upgrade ever is coming up next week. This includes a complete overhaul of the GiftCrowd UI, starting to accept payments via PayPal and Venmo, allowing users to login using their Gmail and Facebook accounts, managing a gift cards wallet for gift recipients that keeps all of their gift cards for easy use and much more. Many of the enhancements are based on feedback we received from users.



For schools we are also adding a My Cart option that will allow parents to pay once even when they join several gifts.

We are very glad to announce our partnership with WeGift to extend the selection of gift cards we offer as well as to start planting the roots for a future international expansion. 


WeGift offers hundreds of brands that will make a great addition to GiftCrowd's current offering of over 130 brands.


As a UK based company, WeGift is representing many European brands which will make future expansion of GiftCrowd to Europe easier. 

We expect to start selling cards distributed by WeGift in October in time for the holidays gifting season.
