Enginuity’s proprietary, low emission engine technology enables combined heat and power and other advanced generation products for home, commercial and military use.
Enginuity is a leading innovator in high-efficient micro-generation through it’s patented efficient engine technology.
E|ONE / Home Comfort
Designed for home use operating with conventional or the newest cleantech fuels to live comfortably on or off the grid, while saving money and reducing carbon emissions by up to 50%. Integrates seamlessly with battery and solar. The entire system fits within the footprint of a standard water heater, and produces enough electricity to satisfy the power requirements of an average home.
In an emergency, the E|ONE is designed to seamlessly act as a backup generator during power failures, keeping the home powered when the grid goes down.
Currently, the E|ONE is under technical review with the US Department of Energy through a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with Oak Ridge National Lab (ORNL) and is building multiple units for demonstrations and product certification in 2022 leading to commercial sales in 2023.
E|TWO / Light-Commercial Power
Enginuity has developed a larger commercial engine for when more power and thermal storage than what E|ONE can provide is required to meet the needs of a given application. A single E|TWO can be stand alone or paralleled to scale up available power and heat, as necessary. For customers and businesses in urban or remote locations, that were previously going to settle for a back-up generator, the E|TWO provides enough power to get “off-the-grid” with no loss of comfort or revenues.
E|TWO is designed to be highly customizable, with a user able to add a buffer tank (or two) for additional thermal storage, add a larger battery for additional electrical storage, or also add another E|TWO to double all outputs. Enginuity has also designed and patented a heat exchanger/dehumidifier to address heating and cooling needs.
Currently, the AHR award-winning E|TWO is engaged in the first steps towards US and global commercialization with strategic partners.
R|HGS
The proprietary engine at the heart of the E|ONE has enabled Enginuity to develop a hybrid generator called RIHGS (Ruggedized Intelligent Hybrid Generator Set), which has both commercial and US Department of Defense applications. RIHGS is designed to provide the military with a lightweight, resilient solution that can be deployed across all services. Beyond defense applications, commercial derivatives of RIHGS can be envisioned for recreational and building applications.
Enginuity is fulfilling a $3.7 million contract with the US Army to develop RIHGS with the objective to deploy the technology in field operations.
