Overview
The Problem
Healthcare is becoming increasingly complex and best practices are rapidly growing and changing. However, frontline staff cannot keep up. The result is an 18% average annual nurse turnover, with 33% of new nurses leaving after 2 years and over a million nursing jobs projected to be unfilled by 2024. We believe these results are also contributing to some of the biggest problems in healthcare today:
The Solution
Elemeno’s mobile-friendly cloud solution delivers “just-in-time” team training and communication. We also provide a dedicated Client Success Manager who ensures ROI and customer satisfaction.

The Network Effect
Our sharing network de-silos hospitals, democratizing access to best practices and accelerating knowledge spread across the industry. Each department’s content is shared with all others in the same institution, and every client is also able to share practices with managers at peer institutions.
The Market
The US market for clinical staff alone is currently valued at $2 Billion. This includes $1.2 billion in hospitals, $468 million in nursing homes, $372 million in home health, $200 million in clinics, and $187 million in hospice.
Why Invest
Our solution has been developed by doctors and nurses who have felt that pain themselves—using that incentive to fuel a successful product.
We aim to democratize access for healthcare workers across the globe, empowering them to become superheroes. This will radically reduce medical errors and enable every clinician to deliver the best care possible to every life they touch.

We’ve had a great Q3, with growth in sales and leads in the face of the delta surge. Delta has hit many of our clients and prospects hard, especially those in the South. Hospitals in the affected areas are suffering from staff shortages, high costs of traveler nurses, and rapidly increasing burnout. This makes it challenging to get their attention. Nonetheless, we are rising above the noise, and they are seeing the value of Elemeno. We have closed new deals in these regions, and we have successfully launched two new partnerships. We have closed over $1M in new investments, and we have institutional investors (traditional VC and strategics) interested in additional investment.
